Horrible every 3 months they change names and raise rates, was paying $200 for a 10×10, until I went online and locked in new rate at the same size 10×10 and at $80 explain how that price gap is even close to explainable, place is a joke and they don't maintain the facility

Do not do business with these people. I had an item stolen. They had video of the person and their identity from when they punched in their code at the gate. The desk jockey lady is a nightmare to deal with. She has a horrific attitude and is on a power trip, even if youre friendly with her. I asked for help. Gave the exact time and asked for the video or for them to reachout. She told me to call the cops and I was SOL. Whats the point of having cameras if you dont help when a long time paying customer needs it? Corporate needs to "can" her. Absolute liability and damages the brand. Bring back Gabe. That guy was class!

I was very impressed,Dan,the manager himself took care of me and he is a very nice guy,I was also impressed with how clean the place is, and when Dan showed me where the unit was he was explaining the insurance rates and what they covered, all in all I would recommend this storage facility to all my friends and even people I just meet!! Thank you Dan!

Clean, temperature controlled unit was perfect to store some things while moving and in between homes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this storage facility.

I needed a space last minute and knew I wouldn't be able to make it in during office hours. In a 15 minute phone call Stephanie got me booked and into my space, the paperwork signed digitally, my auto-payment set up, and my gate code! She was extremely kind, personable, and efficient. I cannot thank her enough!
