Timothy Charley. Will scam you when you try to leave the storage place. They’re not in depth with how to leave the storage place correctly thus… you still having the storage. We tried to leave last month but since the owner did not fully comply with indepth instructions on how to leave, we ended up paying another storage fee. Plus trying to leave the owner tried to have us pay a leaving fee. TIMOTHY CHARLEY. Will lie to you in your face. He is corporate but says he isnt.

I have had my mothers things stored here since 3/2020. Recently, due to some family miscommunication the unit defaulted and I had no idea. Her things could of been sold at auction and I'd of never known. Thankfully, the manager, Timothy, reached out to me immediately to inform me of what had been transpiring. If not for him, his quick thinking and genuine concern for his tenants, and for people for that matter, I'd of never known her things were at risk. This would of been devastating. People really change when someone passes. I'm filled with so much gratitude that we chose this storage facility and that I had the privilege of working with Timothy to rectify this situation. Such a professional and caring manager. I hope corporate truly sees the asset they have here at the Mesa location. He represents the company and true human decency with such grace. Great face for the company. It's a shame he isn't in corporate to be honest. These are the type of employees you want on the front line with customers. I'll definitely be staying with us60 and that has everything to do with Timothy. Thank YOU, Tim, and US60 for your patience and prompt and quick thinking and action. I can never tell you in words how appreciative I am.

I love this place. The staff Timothy really knows his stuff. He was very nice and patient with me. I would definitely tell my friends to use this storage unit. Timothy thank you you are amazing.

Long story short: I will make this as thorough and short as possible. I had an account with US 60 storage for a year now. Haven't had any issues until towards the end of my month. Two times I couldn't get into my storage unit and I counted on access to it for my job. FIRST INCIDENT APPARENTLY IT WAS SOME KIND OF MALFUNCTION ERROR ON THEIR END. STILL NOT EXCUSABLE BUT I WAS UNDERSTANDING. SECOND INCIDENT THE DISTRICT MANAGER RAQUEL CALLED ME BACK AND LEFT ME A VOICEMAIL CONFUSED WHY IT DIDN'T WORK. UNDERLINING IN THAT VOICEMAIL WAS "YOU MUST BE PUTTING IT WRONG". WHICH IN OTHER WORDS THEY WERE TRYING TO MAKE ME LOOK LIKE A FOOL. BOTH THE FIRST AND SECOND TIME MY CODE DIDN'T WORK I SPENT 15 TO 20 MINUTES AT THE DOOR TRYING TO CALL THEM TO GET AHOLD OF THEM AND NO ANSWER WHATSOEVER. ALSO BOTH INCIDENCES I LOST THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE MONEY AT WORK BECAUSE I COULDN'T ACCESS MY STORAGE UNIT. I ASKED FOR A 60% OR MORE REFUND FOR THE MONTH BECAUSE OF THE UNPROFESSIONALISM. NOT TO COUNT THAT WASN'T EVEN ENOUGH FOR WHAT I LOST FOR WORK. THEY COMPLETELY IGNORED MY REQUEST.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE IF ACCESSING YOUR STORAGE UNIT IS VERY IMPORTANT.
