Horrible place to be. You can feel the tension in the air as soon as you walk through the doors. Been doing business here for over 4 years now, and their demeanor only seems to get worse. Taking my business elsewhere. I predict that corner shop becoming vacant in the near future.

Yeisha was great! She was not sure how to print a passport photo but was willing to push herself out of her comfort zone with a smile! All the while Maria took care of other customers!

Exceptional customer service by store manager, Maria. She was very professional, efficient, pleasant to work with, helped answer all of my questions.
Staff is trained very well, consistent excellent customer service every time.

The two east Asian men working there need to stay in the back. They have no customer service skills. One tried to double charge me for each manilla envelope I was trying to to send thankfully Maria helped and gave me the correct amount I should be paying. The other guy didn't know what planet he was on let alone how to send out a letter. Each one of these two men were very dismissive and appearing to not want to work that day.
