I called this location this morning because I dropped off an Amazon return yesterday, the representative, Arlene or Orlene, was very rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered. Very poor customer service! Go elsewhere if you can!

Came in to do Amazon returns as I have done many times in past. Employee stated I had to use the Amazon self kiosk because they don't work for Amazon. There was not 1 other person in the store and he refused to do it at counter. Just kept saying I'll teach you to do it yourself and we don't work for Amazon. Does UPS not get paid to ship packages back to Amazon? Horrible customer service today! Sunday 8/11/2024 3:30

I had one of the best experience going there this gentleman named Tyler. He worked behind the counter, very handsome young man very professional so long story short I wasn’t really feeling good due to the back of my back surgery that I will be getting very shortly. he was very, very, very attentive with me as well by helping me step-by-step by getting the copies and dually. And then as well, he was very attentive to the other customers too as well, and the other gentleman was very attentive to was really hard-working gentleman, but my eyes with Tyler is because the fact that it seemed like that he didn’t like getting his way is like he was just so focused and making sure that everything was done the correct way. my name is Bree Tucker and as I want to thank you so much, Tyler you’ve been amazing and you know what continue who you are never change. I’m definitely coming back into the store just because you made the difference seriously God bless you, son and have a good day.

Do not come to this store for anything print-related. If you do, be ready to email the file first.
Went to have a label printed for a USPS drop off. I had a print ready label on a USB drive, but was asked to email the PDF instead after trying to hand over the USB drive. After spending about 5 minutes downloading the label and trying to find it on my phone (I don't understand how searching for files works in the Yahoo mail mobile app...), I asked again if the lady would take the USB drive to print, she finally relented and printed the label pretty quickly. However, I was charged an absurd $2.25 for a single B&W copy. I realized later I could check the print prices at different stores online before going to one. This store's online print price was actually $3.26, but for the 550 W Baseline Rd, Ste 102 store, it's only $0.17.
