I'm not understanding why my packages keep getting delivered to the incorrect apartment! It clearly has the correct address and apartment number on the package. Why does this keep happening? I've lost hundreds of dollars dealing with this carrier... Trust me a claim is being filed. It make no sense for anybody to continuously deliver packages to an address that ISN'T listed on the package. This is definitely a DELIVERY Driver issue. Your driver is taking pictures of a door that isn't mine and stating it was delivered

Sign says opens at 830a.m, but more & more often we are waiting till 845-9am for someone to even get to the store. The young girl working. DELIA, is rude and rushing us.

I have never done an amazon return before. The staff was really friendly and helped me use the app. My item had no choice but to be packaged so they took care of that as well. What I like most is that they made me feel welcomed one person handled the return while another person talked to me about my day.

I will never come to this UPS to return amazon packages or use these other services. I was there today to return some Amazon packages. The store was pretty much empty with 2 employees. One was helping another customer, and the other employee, a lousy female, was just lounging around. Once I told her it was an Amazon return, she told me I could use a new return kiosk they had... I have never had to use one of these at any UPS! I asked her how it worked, and she had an attitude with me as if she hated being there... it's not my fault you work at UPS, lady! Anyhow, other customers came with Amazon returns, and she helped them while I was still there scanning my returns. She told me the kiosk was faster, lies! If she had done the job she's being paid to do, I would have been long gone. Stay clear from this place... they don't value your time as a customer.
Update: In response to the response from this business is all you need to know yo stay clear from it. Defecting, defecting, and more defecting! I guess my review completely went over their head. I said what I said, and I would never visit this UPS.... rude and disgruntled employees. Luckily, there are many UPS with amazing customer service in the area.

I would give a 0 star for the service here they are like zombies and money greaty I would Highly recommend. Driving the extra 10mins to Elliot and val Vista ups store nicer area and friendly service and low prices

Rudest manager, and most incompetent workers. We took 3 returns and one of which they scanned three times and still did not process correctly. Called and the “manager” said it is our fault, so now our return is lost and we will likely not receive the credit for it. Do not use this store, they do not care.

I had some things shipped and they were not breakable accept 2 items. One was a stained glass that my mother made. They did not package it well the glass and lead frame were broke. This was important as my mother just passed away. The box was all smashed in and frame and glass were broke it was hororable. so watch them pack your things I did not. I trusted that they knew what they were doing and they clearly did not. .

Delia helped my mother and I scan a lot of papers today. The printer had a few issues and she patiently continued to make sure we got all our papers scanned. She was very kind. Thank you!!
