Always professional and courteous.
The young man (Jacob) working came out to my car and carried in 4 boxes for me, then 2 women helped with measuring the boxes, they packed up a large 5th box, and everyone worked together as a team, even taking care of customers that walked in!
Another young man (I think he’d been out to lunch) walked behind the counter and immediately jumped in to help as well.
Great team work!
I spent $548.26 and left feeling like I got my moneys worth!

Very quick, very helpful staff. Maggie knows her stuff about Amazon returns especially. Can't beat the convenience factor of the store location.

This is NOT UPS. This is a third party store. I shipped medication (08/03/2024@11:35 to Florida, had to get there. Paid $122 to have it there by NOON Monday. Noon Monday I tracked the package and it was still in Goodyear and the website showed they received it on the 4th @7:05pm which was too late to make the delivery. I could have walked to Goodyear faster. I recalled the package, nobody to receive it in Florida now. Store said UPS problem. UPS said nope stores problem. Manager was a B+&*ch and I am out $122. She also told me UPS employees are disgruntled and throw packages. Fedex next time!!!

the customer service is excellent. Everyone is always eager to help me. It didn’t used to be like that in the past, but the quality of the store is top-notch.

I keep going here and regretting it. I paid $36 for a flate enveloped that needed rushed service. She offered me overnight for $96 but no way. She said the two day option would arrive Wednesday. I just tracked it and it didn't even leave Phx until this morning. Today is Wednesday. They promise the wrong delivery date all the time. I couldve used USPS and gotten it there sooner for way less cash.

Just went there because I was on my lunch break and had horrible customer service. I do to my crazy schedule, now don't know when I'll be able to take my returns back again. I was basically ignored, couldn't return my items, and will not be using UPS again.

This Ups location wasn't customer friendly @ all for Amazon returns. I left and found a ups store off Alma school and Germine in S Chandler later in the day. They took my return, scanned my phone and handed me a receipt. Simple

I like the wide range of services. The employees @ store #3690 are friendly and helpful - very responsive to my needs immediately upon entering the store. At my latest visit employee # 233193 was particularly helpful and efficient. Prices are reasonable and, thankfully the store is conveniently located. Thanks !!!

I am writing this review to share my recent encounter at a UPS location, which, regrettably, fell significantly short of the professional standards expected from such a reputable organization.During our visit, we experienced service that was both unfriendly and unprofessional, notably from one staff member. The behavior was not only rude but also deeply disappointing, marking a stark departure from the customer service excellence UPS is known for. Our associate, seeking simple assistance, was met with an attitude that was argumentative and combative, making for an uncomfortable and disheartening experience.It is disconcerting to see such a shift in service quality and professional conduct at this previously commendable location. This behavior undermines the trust and reliability that customers, myself included, have come to associate with UPS.We understand that every business can have an off day, and the actions of one or a few individuals do not define the whole.However, maintaining a high standard of customer service is essential, and we hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity for constructive reflection and improvement.It is crucial for the management to address these issues promptly to restore the professional and friendly service environment we know UPS can offer.
