This is the UPS store I always use because it’s clean, staff are nice & I know my package will get where it needs to go.Even though the staff member was busy, he still acknowledged me as a customer.

Do not use their notary service. Unprofessional interaction and lacked knowledge to notary process. Had to redo the forms and get a correct notary done somewhere else. Posting so you do not make the same mistake that I did. Don't waste your time or money.

Lines can be long (winter visitor season) otherwise the staff is helpful and will help you with your packages and answer questions.

Printed an overnight shipping label at 6:20pm that said would arrive by 10:30am in California the next day. Arrived at this location at 6:45 and was told "they picked up at 530". If you're open until 7pm and consumers cannot expect their packages to be delivered as promised, this needs to be made clear on your google business page.
