I paid for 3 separate packages to be held at this access point and none of them were acknowledged. I paid to upgrade the packages for this purpose which seems like a simple request. The third package was transferred to USPS and UPS can’t even tell me what USPS location it’s going to. I tried calling this access point all day yesterday and no one answered. It’s hard to understand why holding a package seems to be such a complicated request.

Pretty fast. Looks like they got more help in there. I feel bad for them now having to deal with Amazon returns.
