Our moving team- Roosevelt, Robert and Rory were great. Arrived on time, were professional and courteous. We had a few hic-ups but they made everything work. Will (their supervisor?) came with another truck to help with the safe. As soon as he walked through the door he was berating his coworkers, then complaining LOUDLY at us that we didnt take all items out of the safe. I told him when I made the reservation I asked if those items were OK the lady said they were and he dramatically gestered with his arms "NOPE! ALL OF IT. OUT!" I said "oh. Sorry. I didn't realize that". He dramatically grestured again and said "Well, it's in the pre-move letter too!!!
Agyer hearing thay exchange my husband called him out for his behavior and attitude he apologized and when he walked up to our house he said a coworker "had totally just destroyed" the bottom of the door jam and he was mad. (FYI- he did hit the bottom of the door frame but it was maybe two small scratches? I couldnt really tell- on the already beat up garage door frame.)
Then he finally introduced himself as Will.
Regardless of what is happening it's NEVER ok to brerate and yell at your coworkers or employees in front of a client, nor is it OK to bark orders at your clients. Will was rude and extremely unprofessional. Our moving team busted their butt's and made the experience smooth and enjoyable and I would use them again if we move- but will require Will to not be present if they want our business.

This is the second time Carlos has helped move us, and he is incredible. He makes this whole process much easier. His partner today was Xander and he did very well today as well.

We had a wonderful experience! The movers were excellent, they worked hard and were incredibly quick considering everything they had to do. I appreciate everyone involved and would absolutely use them again.

These guys were all great! Super professional and responsive. We hired them to help our son move. We got a little concerned about moving times. I called the office and they immediately took care of our concerns and then exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommended this company for your moving needs!

The three movers that helped us through Two Men and a Truck, (Mesa Arizona location on Gilbert road ): Patric, De'Eric, and Marcell were excellent. They went far and above what was needed. Always courteous. Always agreeable, professional and timely. I've experienced many moves in my life and usually want to avoid being around the movers as much as I can, but not this time. Thank you so much guys. You are excellent and I'd use this crew again in a heartbeat!

I had the very best experience! I finally had the opportunity to get my belongings after a 2 year battle with my ex. From my first call Stephanie in the office was kind, empathetic and supportive! They took my numerous calls regarding the amount of items I needed to move upon seeing them for the first time in 2 years. Lee and Matt were my movers and I was in awe of their skill, efficiency and swiftness! They were both so kind and genuinely wonderful people! They moved 20 years of my life into two storage units and lifted a huge weight off my shoulders! I will be requesting them for my move to my new home and would recommend this company to anyone!

This company is superb!!! The office people ask the questions to ensure you are receiving everything you will need, the people that are sent to do the moving have manners, polite and take direction and move the items very fast. We have utilized them for moving from a temporary working area to another and I would not use any other company. We LOVE Two Men and a Truck.

I have moved at least 8 or 9 times, several being across country or states, and I had more damage done to more pieces of furniture (and my kitchen cabinets) using 2 Men and a Truck to move from Chandler to Mesa than all my other moves combined. I wish I were exaggerating by saying that but I am not. The guys were nice enough but I don’t feel my furniture was handled with care whatsoever. Several scuffs, dents, stains on multiple pieces, a broken shelf, damaged dresser, broken trash can etc. 2 stars instead of 1 because they did show up on time the day of the move and the company sent a reliable handyman to fix what pieces were fixable since I had paid the extra $100 for damage insurance. Communication was typically prompt with the company regarding both scheduling and the damage, which I appreciated.

Jose and Nico helped move my new piano. I was very impressed with their professionalism, and skill. Everything went quickly, smoothly and no damage was done to the piano in any way. I would absolutely recommend!

My thanks to Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage for its services. The move was seamless. And the only reason I did not give five stars on this move is that once it became three men and a truck, the dynamics changed. Patric and Xander were awesome. Very personable. A trainee was added to the move and even though everything arrived and was placed appropriately, the trainee's attitude was not the best. If you don't want the job, don't take the job. And remember, it's all about customer service! I still highly recommend this company. I have used them on numerous occasions with great results. For your moving needs, give Two Men and a Truck a try.

Kudos to Roosevelt, Rayquan and Antonio. What a remarkable trio. They did an excellent job in getting me moved out of my home into a storage unit. Talk about TEAMWORK, phenomenal! They were very polite, on time, respectful, responsible and fun to be around. They made my move enjoyable, handled all my belongings with care. I highly recommend this trio to move anyone. I will sure request them again, when I move into my new build. Thank you again for sending me the best team!

Did fantastic work! No damages, under budget, and faster than anything I expected. I could not recommend the moving team more. The office team was also great, answering all questions completely and in a quick response despite my questions coming at odd hours and/or not being nearly as quick as them. Amazing company!
