The office is understaffed, leading to overworked and unhappy employees. When you call, you often reach a recording. I went in for a stress test and was informed that I'd need to be inside a tube for over 45 minutes. Although I agreed to give it a try, I couldn't tolerate more than a few minutes inside. The doctor stated that there were no other options available.

What an amazing team! Long story short, I got pretty uptight during some teating. So much so that I thought about just stopping everything. But Herman and Emily knocked it out of the park in helping me focus. Their professionalism, good humor and heartfelt kindness made my day. Thanks so much.

In the age of terrible customer service Tri-City Cardiology's customer service is exemplary across the board. Dr. Le spent time answering my questions and seemed to care about me. Overall, my visit was very pleasant.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lishelle for helping me while I was in Maine and dealing with essential hypertension. She tried very hard to get approval for medical care for me to no avail. We came back to Mesa a month early and was able to see Dr. Atmakuri the 1st day back. Lishelle was prompt returning our calls and very compassionate. Thank you, Lishelle, you are the best?

Dr wisee was absolutely amazing. Helped me with 1 visit when I have been with other doctors for 6 months with no help. Truly amazing experience. After 2nd appointment had to come back and leave a review. Very disappointed Dr said he would fill out paper work and when I come back he refused to fill out forms, he was not helpful at all. I feel helpless.

My 2 doctors Dr Yelamanchili and Dr Kolli are terrific!! I have never met nicer, kinder, more humble people. Most importantly
they are brilliant in their field!!!
Raseline in their call center today was just as terrific!! They seem to have a great team from the doctors to the staff!!

The absolute worst. Stay far away. When we called after hours, multiple times, we were told there wasn’t an on call Dr! So we had to keep going to the ER and over again because my partners heart rate was well over 140. Once we were able to talk to one of the Dr’s. They told us they do have someone on call and we were misinformed. Once my partner was discharged and she had another episode- we called the answering service to call for an on call and they didn’t call back. My partner was trying to get ahold of someone from 4:30 in the morning and finally got a call back at 7:30pm. It’s so had how they treat people. I am sure they are busy but a call would have been great. Some guidance would have been appreciated. We will warn everyone about this company. We will also look for another cardiologist. They suck.

Jessica J went far and beyond to accommodate me for tests appointments. I have reservations to fly home to Mexico and she was able to find me the appointments I needed. Thanks so much Jessica!

Office staff did not schedule my sisters heart procedure correctly and nobody contacted her to let her know, she found out when she showed up for her scheduled apt time and they gave her a lot of excuses as to why she was never contacted. The physicians here are amazing, their office staff is incompetent and I’d like to know who we can contact about the Baywood location. Absolutely unacceptable as she has lost out on 4 days of work for this scheduled procedure for her and her husband due to child care coordination for this.

When I got there I was fourth in line, which of course you have to stand while Four women at the front desk only one was actually helping check people in. I paid $34 for an office visit to find out that they did not have the reason why I was sent there by my primary doctor. No copy of my EKG. The doctor is very nice. I do not have a problem with her at all but when I was leaving you have to check out again five places to check out. No one was there but I was told to sit down and wait. Another guy showed up and I told him what I was told because he looked kind of lost. Then the girl stuck her head around the corner and said can I help you? And I said well why can't you help me? Why do I even have to check out she said she was training people and so I saw the same women in the front desk being trained and also being trained in the back. That is ridiculous. Train them on your time, not mine!
Here's an update
Got a call from the schedulers this morning to schedule another appointment with the doctor. They asked me if I had schedule an appointment for my CTA because my doctor told me I haven't enlarged aorta. I told him it was scheduled for today Monday the 15th and they told me that it would take at least 2 weeks for them to get the results back. Simonmed told me it would take 3 to 5 days. I have not seen this doctor in 2 years and she told me I have an enlarged aorta which I do not remember hearing the last time I talked to her assistant or whoever which is something I would have definitely been concerned with because my father had a aortic aneurysm. So I told her to schedule her. I had to go out of town. She asked me when I told her to give me a call in 2 weeks because I'm not sure about my schedule. Later that afternoon I got a text with a link to some para something rather phone call for August 8th so now here I sit. I know aorta aneurysm is I live through it with my father. I hate being lied to and should I be concerned?

We had so many questions, and Heather with the Triage Team helped us incredibly!
She was able to answer all of our questions, was very thorough and thoughtful, which we really needed! Her knowledge and compassion in our situation seemed to far exceed many medical practitioners we have ever encountered, which helped relieve much of our disappointment and serious concerns.
Also, she was very prompt in contacting the doctor to clarify an issue, and getting right back to us. Our faith in this medical journey here has now been restored.
It's very evident she loves her nursing profession and is passionate about it. If I could give her 100 stars, I sure would.

Terrible. Said I had gurd after 2 years of complaining. I Insisted on a stress test and ended up with open heart surgery. Not a good place. I had been going to him for over a year. He never checked my arteries. Because I was a woman, they didn't take it serious. Bad place. Then they told me I had 10 years left. Unbelievable.

Dr. Ritchie is great. I trust his judgement and appreciate his professionalism. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
