Great auto maintenance, service, and price.
TJ's auto knowledge is great and he explains the car repairs well.
I'm glad solid auto repair companies like Tom Buck Auto still exist.
The used car I purchased 3 years ago has been a reliable purchase and I'm glad to have Tom Buck Auto maintain the vehicle. Tom Buck Auto did the initial review of the used car I ultimately purchased and their review noted the car was in good working order. They saved me from another used car I was planning to purchase 3 years ago, which their review pointed out some serious concerns and I steered clear of that used car. I'm glad for their knowledgeable auto review of the other used car I was looking at - otherwise would not have known of the issues - as the criteria I picked for the used car from the well known company was single owner, no accidents, clean title.
I'd definitely recommend Tom Buck Auto for car maintenance, repairs, and to check out used vehicles before purchasing them.

Literally has pics of them working on old cars in his shop but apparently when I call he doesn’t work on old cars unbelievable. I sound black on the phone tho ?♂️ and just needed disc brakes adjusted ? sounds racist to me! He referred me to a candy paint shop to get my brakes checked!

I WANTED to take my car here after being told great things but didnt feel like they wanted me as a customer. Called 5 times. 2 no answers (prob busy thats fine) no answering machine prompt. Called another 2 times and hung up on. Can heard the receiver pick up and hang up. 5th time got someone and asked for a quote for mounts with labor. Says in the dullest low volume voice "we do not do quotes over the phone. If you can drop it off we can take a look or if not thats fine." If not thats fine? Not being able to provide a quote on 3 parts and labor book time it takes to install those is new to me. Even if it was a rough estimate. Do you not have a quote for a oil change too?

We utilized Tom Buck Auto Repair on a recommendation, and he didn't disappoint. The service was fast and thorough, he was courteous and helpful; and from the recommendation we recorded: he is trustworthy. I did send a follow-up text, so I may update this review when I get a response. However, even without that response, this is a good auto repair shop that we use again if/when needed.

Might be a little bias since it's my family's shop, but every time I leave there Google wants to know my opinion so, that said I wouldn't want anyone other then Tom or TJ working on my vehicles. It being a 3rd generation family owned and operated small business and thru all the hard times we have all endured the doors have always remained open for there customets. I've meet people there that tell stories about there parents going there since my late grandfather AL Buck use to run the shop. Having a good trustworthy mechanic is a contact you hang on to!

This shop has been around for generations, they are the most honest and fair shop there is. Pricing is reasonable, repairs are done on time. They have maintained my moms car for years, we have always been well taken care of. I highly recommend going here if you need a mechanic.
