my boyfriend and i went in to exchange some pants he got and ended up looking around too. victor was super helpful and very nice! usually everyone just comes up and tells us their name and walk away but he was making sure we were getting help when needed and checked up even when it was getting busy!

I happened to be on the east side with my teenage granddaughter and decided to stop by Superstition Springs Mall. As soon as she saw Tilly's the gloves were off and a glaze covered her eyes. She started looking and touching everything. We were in there for about an hour and even though she had the go ahead to get whatever she wanted she surprised me. She was careful with her selection and aware of the prices. I felt that the prices were good and the service was exceptional especially when you take into the fact that this is a store for young people run by young people. Very professional. Great job guys

WORST customer service!! They are rude and don't believe or listen to the customer. Returns are near impossible (like they just don't accept them, even with tags on and the receipt one week later). So don't buy anything if there is ANY chance at all that you might need to return it for any reason.

Extremely unprofessional cashier. I left the store with my son in complete shock after making my purchase from a young man. Store was not crowded and it was early afternoon time on a weekday. I stopped before exiting to see if a manager was nearby but no such luck. I would highly recommend the store cashier folks get retrained on customer service. Acknowledging the customer would be a start. Floor personnel were wonderful I should say.

Management is extremely rude and unprofessional, especially in the way they speak with customers. I attempted to return an item, and the manager (young girl with long hair) declined the return without an explanation. Coming from a retail operations background, this is one of the worst retail experience I’ve had as a customer.

Tillys is handling COVID safety precautions great in my opinion. However, the customer service is another story. All the associates are young but that's not the issue it's when they do not acknowledge you and would rather talk to other employees. It's very rude. When I was getting rung up to the cash register, the cashier was speaking to another worker and did not acknowledge me until they were done speaking. I stood there until they were don't talking. Please value customers' time.
