This would be the second vehicle I have taken to you people, and again I'm experiencing new issues that weren't occurring before my vehicle was brought to your shop.
My truck literally died while I was in motion ON the freeway, do you people have any idea how dangerous that is, not only do I feel you sabotaged my vehicle again, but your terribly inept mechanics put my life in danger.
I called and got excuses, shirking responsibility and claiming that my truck is just old and these problems were going to happen.
I am going to repeat that the issues I'm now experiencing never occurred before I went to this so called "mechanic".
My jeep was brought to you people 4 years ago and after you kept it for two weeks, I get it back and all the sudden I have to stop after every 50 miles to put water in my radiator, took it back because you're people claimed it was under warranty, lo a behold we have to drop another $2k into only for my jeep to die two months later and I'm forced to sell it.
I dropped $3500 on my truck and now whatever you people did to it I'm now forced to sell this truck.
I'm filing a complaint with the better business bureau, with adot, and I'll be reporting you all to 3 on your side until I am reimbursed in full for both vehicles, plus the mental anguish I had to go through because of your unskilled hands touching my vehicle.
If anyone has a car at this mechanic, get it out now, do not let them go near it. The people working for this shop shouldn't even be touching their own vehicles.
Go to an actual professional.
And to the individual replying to these reviews, I suggest you choose your words carefully, because the instant you try passing the blame on me, like you've done to these other folks, I will come after you for slander.
There is no way two vehicles worked on by you people immediately fail after because of non related issues

Most honest & knowledgeable repair shop Ive ever been to! Was told I needed a new transmission by other company. Turned out I only need a flush n conditioner.

Horrible experience! Car was dropped off at the wrong location and was not notified until they had to process my card multiple times. Tow truck had to go back and pick up the car from a random location. On top of that they lectured on what kind of tow truck I should have asked for. In what world would one know that? After speaking to a rude supervisor who would not refund the cost for the town and the mistake they made. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST They threaten to keep your property if contacting the bank about fraud. If I could go into negative stars for the review I would. DO NOT use them as they are rude, and discriminate against gay individuals.

Two thousand dollars to have a brand new air conditioning installed for it to stop working one month later. When I went back they told me there's a hole in the evaporator and to quote," We couldn't possibly see everything." When I specifically asked for them to inspect the vehicle, not only for the air conditioning, system but so I know whether or not it was worth fixing. When I was speaking to the owner he treated me with disrespect and spoke to the man with me saying," I'm glad someone understands what is going on." I thought this could be a trusted shop and they seemed reliable at first but they will just take your money. Do not go here. The owner is sexist, disrespectful, and immediately wrote me off as soon as I came in with my issue.

Brought in my 2007 Acura TSX, with emissions light alarming. It's an old car with a lot of miles so I was expecting a ton of "you need this!" What I got was a fair price on quality work without the upsell. I appreciate respectful no pressure businesses. Thompson's made a usually stressful and unpleasant experience, easy and affordable.

I had these guys pick up my car for a diagnostic. Great customer service, they never put me on a long hold. The tow and diagnostic was affordable, called a lot of shops and none offered towing. They also called me back the same day with the issue my car had. Highly recommend this shop.

I'm not the only one who has had this happen here. Lack accountability when they mess something up and say the resulting damage is just a coincidence.My car was running just fine before i bought it in. I got an oil change done here and as i was driving back, it started making a noise. It died on me and smoke started emerging from the front. My check engine light came on right before it shut off on me. It was leaking oil as well. I called them and got it towed back. There is no other other probable cause for the check engine light or damage my car suffered other than the poorly done oil change. They get back to me and want to charge me an absurd amount to fix the damage ( the same damage that was caused by the lack of oil in the engine) and say that the 2 issues aren't related in any way. My car has left the shop in worse condition not once, but twice. I then towed it to a real mechanic for trouble shooting (to see what he would tell me) and to no surprise, he said the lack of oil was the only possible explanation. A couple of other people have had the same issue coming in for an oil change here that resulted in the oil leaking out and causing damage. (Reading other accurately placed 1 star reviews) Such a dishonest auto repair shop , i highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
