Very bad experience, I had babylights done and it didn't meet my color expectations, it didn't even come close, apart from some pieces of discoloration it didn't bleach well, the brush didn't brush well and there were pieces left unbleached, I went back to have it "fixed" I just I think he put colored shampoo, disastrous for $170, and a $30 tip!! I thought they were combing it or something, and I came out with my hair all frizzy and some parts still wet!!
Horrible job!! I would like my money back, if it's not all I deserve a part...
I came back waiting for them to fix it and they only dyed it darker where they had left it orange, it still turned out the same color, they returned me $35 dollars and added that they had given me a supposed treatment when I was never notified or charged for the first job , and later the manager wanted to take that out to evade her responsibility and her horrible and horrible job!!!
The manager ASHLEY was very arrogant, although I had a witness of what she was saying, her stylist ALEXANDRA, and she tried to call me a liar, when her same reception worker told them that I was right since she was translating for me from the beginning. and he was always aware of what was happening!!!!!
Disgusting people and very very liars
Stylist: Alexandra and I don't recommend it, she lies about her procedure and if something goes wrong, it's your fault!!!

I had a wonderful experience here. I'm a woman in my late twenties and my appointment was with Barb. Barb was so thoughtful of my hair texture and pattern and face shape and I feel my cut is so flattering.
I'm growing my hair out from a pixie and she dis a great job finding a style that suited me and helped me through this grow out stage.
She was kind and warm. None of the conversations felt forced and I didn't feel judged at all for some of more questionable past hair choices I was there to fix. She walked me through hair care and styling. I will be going back to her for as long as she's there!
Requested style: I requested a short French Bob and they did a lovely job. Barb, my stylist even walked me through the different looks I can style it as. I love the versatility for on the go looks and styled ones.
Hair type: I have a 3a curl pattern with moderately thick, but fine hair. I felt my beautician was knowledgeable about my hair type and cut my hair very well for the pattern! She was so knowledgeable and I felt very listened to and acknowledged. She shared knowledge and tips in a very friendly manner, not at all to sell products or be arrogant. Barb was very down to earth.

Booked an appointment and was walking into the store only for them to call 10 minutes before and tell me all the stylists had gone home even though they still had multiple appointments available online ... Don't advertise same day appointments online if all of your stylists are going to leave 5 hours before the salon closes

Alycia did an amazing job with my color, cut, wax and style! She took the time and addressed my concerns and the color was spot on with existing color. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and explained what she was doing and what products to use!! I will defiantly be back with her!!Services: Hair threading

they did my haircut wrong, I also asked for layers and they didn’t do it and it did not turn out how i wanted it to be and they said it will come out as the picture I wanted and I cried afterwards because I love my hair so much that they messed it up so much even though my mom gave them a 20$ tip!! ?

Worst haircut ever. Save the $60 plus tip and go elsewhere. Even the "fix" is uneven and horribly choppy.

Wow....awesome. As a guy, I would never have thought a salon would go well, but my son and I desperately needed haircuts. We had different stylists, but both were awesome. This is our go-to now. We both have crazy cow licks, but we look normal for now.

Never been In before. My lady was nice & Accommodated me for my hair even though she had to squeeze people in between me Internet times is not the correct times when you put in what you want.

I've been looking for a hair salon for a while and the last couple times visited Lisa at this location. I was happier with my second cut ✂️ so may continue with her services. I just wish the cost wasn't so much but that may be anywhere.The front desk staff was very nice.

My hair was over 80% white/gray in August when I first went to Alva. She. Changed. My. Life. I loved what she did for me the first time and Always leave So Happy and feeling Good after every visits since then. She always makes another appointment for me while I'm still in the chair that works with my schedule and I can't shout Alva's praises more! She is The Best :)
