This place just scammed my mom who needed assistance with her iPhone charged her 40dollars to factory reset her phone and acted like he was helping and tied and email that does not belong to her at all she lost all information and photos. she should of been directed to Apple Store who would not charge her. This place is a scam

My experience with The Orchard has always been the best! They help me with everything I need! I am a college student (online) and am not always the best with technology. Sparky has literally trouble shooted with me over the phone several times to help me out in times of need. He goes above and beyond his specific job scope for resolution to issues. I recommend The orchard for all of your computer needs!!!!!

Sparky is kind, and I'm sure he encounters stressed customers all of the time because it is never fun when our technology is in trouble! I really appreciate his knowledge and efficiency. If I could give him 6 stars I would, highly recommend :)

My 2019 21.5-inch iMac was torture to use. It was maddeningly slow and apps would freeze. I took it to Orchard and they replaced drive with a SSD and I picked it up two days later. It’s like having a new computer - so much faster.

I was ready to take a hammer to my 21.5 inch 2019 iMac because it was so slow. Apps would also lock up. It was torturous to use. I've had older iMacs that were much faster. After taking it to The Orchard, Sparky switched the drive out to a SSD in two days. What a relief. It now runs four times as fast. It's literally like a new computer.

The Orchard is such a wonderful find when an Apple product needs help. My sister has taken her phone to Sparky on several occasions after what she believed to have lost important info on her phone. Since she is unable to undertake stairs, Sparky has been so helpful with meeting her at my car and taking care of the issues. Customer service is far superior.Recently, I called Sparky to ask a question for my laptop and a dual monitor. He was kind enough to explain what needed to be completed in order for me to utilize a dual monitor. So THANK YOU, Sparky!!!

The guy doesn't adhere to his posted hours of operation. When I called, he was, as he revealed, 17 miles away, catering to another client. When I called him on it, he was belligerent. So, no. Don't please don't use him. When someone doesn't comply with their posted schedule, why would you trust your computer to him?

I brought my 2019 MacBook Pro in and Sparky was able to run diagnostics and fix the problem within the week for well under what the Apple store was asking. My computer has been working great ever since. Sparky was very responsive and reliable. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, well done repair.

Drove down from Deer Valley on a whim to have my Windows DT checked due to no video in monitor. Was the 2nd 1 he attended however the 1st person was in & out in secs. Sparky hooked up my computer to a few cables to find out problem: HDMI input entirety too loose and requires a motherboard (however) Sparky installed a new Vid card in a different slot less than 2 mins & we had visibility on monitor.By far the best idea to take it to him. Was in & out after dropping $100. Saved $$$ going to him 1st.A God fearing American with a passion to help.He will treat you & your situation with outstanding service.
