I was hesitant to start a new daycare due to the trouble we experienced at other schools. This school and staff is AMAZING!! If I could give 10 stars I would! My son loves it at this school and his teachers are by far the best! His attitude at home has even changed. I don't know what magic they have, but, it's working! Thank you SO MUCH for taking care of my baby!!

Great center and easy location. Ms. Carissa goes above and beyone for the families as well as the staff. She is so personable, friendly, and truly cares. The center itself is also so clean, colorful, and vibrant. Good vibes all around. This is the place you should want to send your children.

We recently moved our daughter to TLE Dobson Ranch and have loved the experience. Everything from the Tour to the first day and beyond the staff has been incredible. They take the time to get to know your child and you as parents. They are friendly and welcoming and provide an ideal learning environment for kids to grow. We are incredibly happy to be sending our 11-month-old there and would recommend it to all that need daycare. Carissa and the staff are truly exceptional.

Amazing Daycare, Excellent staff and teachers, my children wake up every day eager to go. My son has Autism and they are so amazing with him and accommodating to his needs. In 3 weeks his speech has picked up rapidly. His younger sister has been with them since she was 2 she knows her letters and numbers. Just amazing. The director Ms.Sharon and the front staff always a welcoming smile snd greeting.Such a safe and good environment for the kids.

My daughter has been going to TLE for over two years and we have loved every second of it. The staff at TLE have become part of our extended family and we could not be more grateful for the love and kindness we have received. Our almost 4 year old has fun, learns, develops social skills, plays and engages in activities through a well thought out curriculum. Look no further if you want a safe and loving place for your children.

This daycare has been a game changer for me and my family! Bouncing around from sunrise to kinder care and now finally TLE which we consider home had been a journey but well worth it. Thank you Sharon for loving and taking care of my baby like she’s your own and also THANK YOU staff for helping her with her development and watching over her. She loves it so far and is motivated to go to school everyday which is all a parent could ask for!

When I moved to Arizona from United Arab Emirates, I did extensive research and several visits to a lot of daycares, until I decided to enroll my daughter in The learning experience. My daughter was missing her life in UAE, since she enrolled in this daycare, she became so much happy and she said my school is so much fun. Her teacher is great, the staff are so friendly and cooperative. Honestly, the thing that I didn’t like was the previous daycare manager, but thankfully they changed her. Now the manager is really nice and cooperative. In addition, the daycare is so clean, and this is very important aspect to me specially in Covid period. They have strict health policy and my daughter didn’t get sick frequently like what is usually happened in other daycares. I’m really thankful and appreciative to all their efforts and the love and care for my daughter.

We were considering this daycare, but on tour of the facility one of the employees was holding a infant/toddler bumped into the wall and dropped the baby and he hit his head on the flood so hard we heard it. She picked him up and said “he bumped into the wall” but we saw her drop him after she bumped into the wall and his cries were so awful, I felt bad for him. After that we decided not to consider this daycare, but they do seem to keep it clean, I loved the playground and the rooms but it’s not something we’ll consider after what we saw. I wouldn’t want my child to be dropped and told they just bumped into a wall.I had to give my name, phone number, and email on paper before taking the tour with my daughter and her dad and this is the correct daycare, I’m not mistaken. Despite what occurred, it was a very beautiful daycare and staff was very nice.

Completely at peace, and nothing but joy when I go to TLE daily at pickup ! Staff is friendly, and transparent,lots of daily communication through the app. We greatly appreciate our daily photos! Moms always wonder what our little one is learning, and how their day went. I never have to wonder ! Curriculum is clear, and very age appropriate, we have seen his vocabulary grow in a matter 4 mos from just words to full sentences. Kudos to the staff , our little one has so much creativity in how he plays, with sounds and with others, learning please, thank you, and I’m sorry.TLE is a wonderful investment into your little ones learning experience in their formative years! Five stars!!!

As a first time mom, I was so nervous leaving my baby with anyone. But this place is awesome, my daughter knows all of her teachers and loves to see them. I feel so at ease when she is there and know she is getting a lot of love and care

Our two little learners have been going to The Learning Experience- Dobson Ranch for almost 6 months now and we have had such a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, informative, personal, and are focused on the growth of our little learners!

Not only is this place full of individuals who do not care for the well being of their staff, they do not care for the children either. Children go in sick and are not being sent home, they aren't being looked after correctly, and there have been multiple accidents reoccurring within this facility. I do not recommend to any parent to bring their children here, I would honestly say this place should be shut down instead.
