Home Depot's probably the worst place year after year they have less employees and nobody knows anything. I'm here to buy several Christmas trees for my customers. It's 9:30 in the morning and they have nobody working the Christmas tree lot gates are closed. That's OK there's a lot of places to buy trees. Home Depot sucks

When I drop off material to jobsites, we often have stuff missing. So rather than head back to the shop, I usually find myself at a local Home Depot. I've been to enough that I can rank them against each other. They're mostly consistent. They're mostly everything I need in a hardware shop. This location was great. This visit to this location had me seeking the expertise of Erich in hardware. I brought him a set of hardware (bolts, nuts, washers) and asked him to please duplicate it. BAM. Took him all of 5 minutes to get me everything I needed and I was on my merry way. I also gotta give a shout out to Sara who was helping me with self checkout. Apparently I was lucky enough to pick the most temperamental self-check out machine. Yay me. She watched from afar and jumped on it as soon as she saw me struggle with making my payment. Bonus points for her being on top of it and helping out before I even had a chance to turn around and look for help. I wouldn't mind coming back to this location if we're working in the area again.

If it bothers you so much, either go to IKEA and assemble a sense of humor or go to Home Depot, get some wood, and build a bridge to get over it! Feeling all sorts of feelings on this Wednesday, I decided to head out to the yard to get some fresh air on this cloudy morning. I noticed a few plants could use some more soil (Where does all the soil go?! I'm always topping more soil on my plants!) so off to Home Depot I go. Perusing the pots (Anyone know a local artist that makes pottery?), the holiday display, and even the plants, this Home Depot is decent. The orange warehouse has perfected their layout. Supply chain and organization can use some work but that's Home Depot for ya.

Kathleen or Kathy in plumbing was amazing. She was helping another customer, but when she was done, she helped me and got exactly what I needed right away. She was very nice and apologized for the wait, even tho she was alone and already helping someone beforehand. Thank you. Her customer service was above and beyond.

Got me some nice storage buckets for a great price. Have moved to self checkout only where you get watched by multiple employees like you stole something

Stop with the only self checkout. I should not have to pay companies to work for them. Stop being cheap and hire actual people.

We love this Home Depot. They are always friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable staff. The garden center has a wide range of plants to choose from! My husband appreciates the Veterans discount as well.

I walked in, asked asked for a regulator, and was directed right to it. In and out, easy peasy.

2 bad experiences here where I feel like better service would have prevented any problems.
Once I rented a pump and some faulty hoses that I had to bring back and exchange, which extended my rental. They tried to charge me for the extra day and I asked to speak to the manager. Waited 10 minutes and the employee changed his mind.
Another time, I tried to buy the last snake plant but it had no bar code. It took 10 minutes at the register to get no resolution. I had to leave to take my daughter to school and come back. I asked them to hold it for me. They did not, but luckily it wasn't sold. They finally figured out that they could scan a barcode for the vase version, and knocked off $4.97 because there was no vase. He doesn't know what the price is, HD's wasted 30 minutes of my time, it's basically dead stock and he gives Home Depot the best deal he possibly can.

Home Depot is closing contractors/Lumber side earlier. Most locations bring some Lumber carts inside down the wide isle. I get to walk across the store and entire parking lot twice. For one additional sheet of drywall. Do better Mesa.
