Since they still have not added a payment option on the target red card website , I'll go ahead and leave this hear for every store. This corrupt company hopes their customers miss their payments, and that's why they removed the payment option from their website. Now you have to call and speak to someone. Makes sense huh? 2025 and Target is the only website on the planet that doesn't allow you to make payments without calling.

Southern & Gilbert - Mesa, AZ location. Men's clothing is a disaster. No go-backs in weeks, evidently. Don't go there for men's clothes unless you like wasting time. In addition, every "young" employee I encountered perceivably ignored the customers, except for one female who approached me aggressively by walking in the center of the aisle, so that I had to redirect my cart, meanwhile she stared me in eyes with an angry look on her face (conclusion, the young people there are jerks, and likely management too). This location is trash now, after over a decade of shopping there.

Very disappointed they allow AT & T phone service soliciting in store. I don't go shopping to get stopped by solicitors!! Not going back to Target.

I'm avoiding this target at all costs. Letting in AT&T salesmen to this location was one thing, but getting followed around by them after saying I'd rather pay more to stick with Verizon is insane. And they pretend to know you, come up and shake your hand saying "how have you been", FAKING that we know each other? Unbelievable. I'll drive the extra couple miles to go to one that doesn't have this crap going on.

The Target store # 002519 has got to have the rudest employees. I purchased a $50 Target gift card. Of course it has zero balance on it. I went to the store and of course the older customer service person stated she needed a "higher up". She calls a 12 year old to assist me. Whatever rank she is told me I had to call the gift card number because she can't help me. I told her I was going to call Corporate and she said "go ahead I don't care." I never shop at Target, however, my granddaughter purchased the gift card at Target. This is why I never shop at Target. I have no intentions of going back. Especially to this store. I'm guessing the actual Manager doesn't care how the store is managed while he/she isn't around.

I've got the program where they supposed to deliver food and stuff for your house. Most of the time they're out of the item even though the website says they have it I'm getting tired I'm guessing on what I'm going to get. Because the drivers don't really give a hoot last week I ordered waffles two different flavors and got the same flavor this week I try to order cherries tomatoes they want available for delivery but you can drive down and go get them or find another service that can actually deliver what you want. I have ended up with stuff then when I look at the receipt I haven't paid for and calling the store doesn't do any good, I had to order from Amazon to get the stuff I wanted for tomorrow that is on 100224, probably won't be using the store aga again, they're getting bad at Walmart

My recent visit to Target was a mixed bag, unfortunately leaving me with a somewhat negative impression. The initial interaction with several male staff members was disappointing, as they were largely unhelpful and even dismissive at times. It was frustrating to feel ignored and undervalued as a customer.
However, my experience took a positive turn when I encountered a female employee who offered assistance. Saralyn, a new team member, went above and beyond to help me, showcasing exceptional customer service skills. Her dedication and willingness to go the extra mile were commendable.
Ultimately, the inconsistent level of service left me feeling let down. I hope Target takes this feedback constructively and prioritizes training and support for all team members to ensure a consistently positive shopping experience for all guests.

Not really any complaints, this place has a vast selection of almost everything you could think of. However, they seem to be quite short-staffed and thus the lines at checkout can get a bit lengthy. This place Is, however, very good for finding clothes and things for babies especially. All in all, if you need nearly anything, this is the place to come for some good deals on usually expensive items.
