Was sorta busy looking while I walked in as there seemed to be only two people working but I was seen quickly I got my prescription verified and I chose my frames and the entire time Jasmine helped me out. She was so professional as I’m usually hesitant to go to any doctors office haha. This was a cool experience even better she emailed me a detailed receipt.

I am STILL without the glasses that were ordered for my son. We were told 5-7 business days, it's now been 2 1/2 weeks and they are not ready. If there are delays then I should have been notified. I have to call in and wait on hold for 15 minutes OR leave a message and never get called back. I have had to go the store asking for an update and everytime get told there is a delay and maybe 3 more days. I was told again today now it maybe next week. No updates , no answers and NO GLASSES.

This was my first time at this Target Optical location at Power Rd and Ray Rd in Mesa. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice everyone was. Then, I met Nolan Turk, OD. He was the most knowledgeable and informative optometrist I have probably ever met. He did all the testing himself with the most up to date technology, showed me the pictures of the back of my eyes AND explained to me what I was looking at. Mike was a great help in choosing the right frames for me and I appreciated his input. Thank you for a great experience everyone !

I have enjoyed coming and seeing this husband and wife duo for years and even started taking my own daughter. After speaking with Mike or Michael on the phone today I no longer feel comfortable coming back. He became hostile when I asked that he call my insurance to discuss a discrepancy and he lied and said it was illegal. Not wanting to and saying it was illegal are very different thing. I asked for someone else to speak with and he continued to get aggressive with me on the phone. I’ll miss the staff and doctors but this person has anger issues that needs dealt with.

This place has Great staff and very helpful. The manager Patrick hooked me up with some contacts while I was waiting for my contact order to come I I highly recommend this place if you need glasses or contacts.

Dr Turk- amazing as always. And Jasmine- professional, kind, helpful, and a joy. Together, they made my glasses shopping experience more fun than I could have hoped for. Highly recommend. All the stars.

I was very disappointed when I came to this office. I have been getting seen by multiple target optical locations now (chandler and Gilbert rd) for over 5 years. I walked into the Power location asking if I could purchase more contacts since I ran out. I went to the power location over my typical gilbert rd since I recently moved. The assistance manager was able to pull up my account with no issues. He told me he couldn’t sell me my box of contacts (even though my prescription was valid for 2 more months). His reasoning was because my contacts are sold on a 3 month supply, but I’ve never had issues at other locations. He ended up booking me out for when I can be seen next which was two months and he told me to keep good care of my remaining pair (meaning I would have to make a 1 month contact last me 2 months). He wouldn’t even give me a trial pair. I went to Gilbert rd a day later and they had no issues giving me a trial pair to get me through my time to my appointment. Needless to say I will not be coming back to the power rd location.

Friendly staff is about as much as I can say. They were helpful and did their part, but they messed up my insurance bad. Said I had a $40 copay and that insurance would only cover $100 for contacts. Glad I didn't buy contacts from them for almost $300, because I found them for $170 and found out that my insurance covers $150. My copay is $10 as well, so they messed something up. I was fortunate to check, but someone who might not have would have severely over paid by well over $200. The copay they charged me cost more than what my visit + contacts should have been.
