Was just there with my future daughter in law and Leanna did a great job of picking out dresses for her to try on and working with her to add or subtract anything . The dress looked beautiful on her and she loved it. Leanna was very polite, professional and helpful she did a great job

Leanna did an amazing job with our bride, Mahala, during her appt helping her go through the process of choosing her dream and showing off veins and accessories. There were couches and chairs to accommodate our big group and complimentary water. 10/10 experience

I had an appt on Saturday and Skylar was my stylist. I LOVED her!!! She made me feel so comfortable and pulled amazing dresses that matched what I was going for. I absolutely had THE BEST TIME because of her.
To add, of the two bridal stores I went to, Adore went above and beyond prior and during my appointment to curate a memorable experience. We had a 1:1 phone consultation, they sent out a private questionnaire to gather more information, sent dress inspiration via texts, looked through my Pinterest board for inspo, and the store itself was quiet, private, clean and beautiful. While I didn’t find my dress here, I will always highly recommend Skylar and Adore.

My bestie Ashlea is getting married. We decided to try this place out and were helped out by Andrea. Oh my gosh we were not expecting her to be so beyond amazing. She went through my besties wedding Pinterest and even sent her some
pictures of wedding dresses to get a feel of what she was truly looking for. She did such an amazing job and within the first four dresses, we found the one she said yes too. She made the experience so emotional, genuine and heartfelt. She truly took the time to get to know the bride and it showed! I recommend all brides who are wedding shopping to stop here first. We cancelled the other 2 shops we had appointments at as the bride said Yes to the dress here!

This was overall and amazing experience from start to finish. I found my dress so quickly with the help of the beautiful Michaela! She was attentive, not only to my wants and needs in a dress, but also to my emotions during the process. Being around family and a lot of people is over stimulating for me and she really helped talk me through and giving me private time when needed. Highly highly recommend Adore Bridal for a dress. On top of all that the selection of dresses was crazy beautiful!

I had a wonderful experience at Adore Bridal! The staff was incredibly kind and patient throughout my search for the perfect wedding dress. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and never rushed me through the process. (Thank you Leanna!!)
They provided a helpful list of recommended tailors, which made the alteration process so much easier.
Adore Bridal also offered a great package for dress storage and post-wedding cleaning. It was definitely worth it - knowing my dress was safely stored and would be professionally cleaned after the big day was a huge relief.
The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. If you're looking for a bridal shop that combines a great selection with excellent, personalized service, I highly recommend giving them a visit. They truly go the extra mile to make sure you find a dress you'll love!

Currently trying to console my devastated fiancé. Bad communication and even worst follow up. We paid for rushed services and our dress should have shipped yesterday. Adore didn’t call like the said they would. We had to call them today and ask for a manager. They just told us the dress has NOT shipped, it’s delayed. No ship date. We’ll have to reschedule all 3 of our pre-scheduled fittings and we are literally a month out from our wedding day. Just the stress we need, thank you! TBC

Appreciate the response - in the end, we were reimbursed for the rushed services, thank you! The communication still wasn’t the greatest, but the job got done eventually. I can appreciate that Adore worked directly with our tailor to ensure our alterations were rescheduled and met us there with the dress once it arrived. That certainly helped move things back towards the right direction, so thank you. Just an unfortunate situation and hopefully our experience will be used as an opportunity to improve communications with both the customers and the designers.
