I Bought a 2019 BMW 430i. I Found out that they Overcharge me $6,000 over Kelly blue book. Be careful when buying a used car from them.
I can say that the customer service is really good And the quality of the bmw that I bought.

Extremely Disappointed with Lexus GS 350 and Poor Service
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my 2014 Lexus GS 350 and the service I received at the dealership. I recently took my vehicle in due to an issue with the air conditioning. After a diagnosis, I was informed that it was merely a calibration problem, and I paid $180 for the repair. However, by the time I arrived home, the same issue reappeared.
When I contacted the dealership again, I was informed that the real problem was with the servo motor, a known issue with this model, which they failed to diagnose properly the first time. Now, I’m being quoted approximately $2,000 to fix this problem, despite the fact that there have been multiple complaints about this exact issue, and Lexus had previously resolved this matter for free under a Customer Support Program.
To add to my frustration, when I reached out to Lexus Customer Service, I was told that they would not honor their previous support program, leaving me with an expensive repair bill. Having driven Lexus vehicles for over 15 years without any issues, this experience has completely soured my opinion of the brand. The lack of accountability and support from Lexus is unacceptable. I will no longer be doing business with Lexus or Toyota, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Always a great experience with service and sales. My only complaint is Jennifer at the front. She was extremely rude to her coworkers, and talked down to them directly in front of me. I’m not sure she’s the best person to represent this dealership.

I had an amazing experience with this dealership, especially with my sales consultant, Theodore Notario. Theo was very professional, hassle-free, and went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. It was evident that he took great pride in making my car buying experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Theo and the wonderful staff at Lexus at Superstition Springs for anyone in need of purchasing a vehicle.

I would NEVER do business with this dealership. We had found a used car on CARFAX that was at this dealership on a Saturday. Spoke to a sales rep. and made an appointment to see the vehicle on the following Sunday morning atb 10am when they opened. We received a confirmation email on Saturday afternoon and early Sunday morning confirming our appointment time. We live a 40 minute drive from the dealership. We arrived at 10 am and sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes when a different sales representative (not the rep. we made the appointment with) informed us the vehicle was sold at 7 pm the night before. He had NO explanation other than...."oops sorry".....
They made no attempt to let us know the vehicle was sold...they even led us to believe it was still available when sending a second appointment confirmation Sunday morning....
NEVER GOING THERE AND IM TELLING ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.
It's too late to make things right....but here's a suggestion for future customers......when a used car is sold...at the end of that day the sales team should contact EVERY customer that had an appointment to see that car BEFORE THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS.....rather than telling that customer when they drive up the day of the appointment.

Excellent service right before we even walked in from our sales advisor, Tristan!! He truly went above and beyond for us right from the get go. He made sure we were comfortable while we were browsing vehicles. Tristan was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. He fought very hard for us to get the best deal possible and never pressured us into anything. Though our car buying experience was still stressful, Tristan made it as enjoyable as he could.
We also had a wonderful experience with the financial manager, Ryan. He made sure everything was transparent and even saved us some money in the end.
