I placed an item on hold and told them I would come back tomorrow. Which I did only to be told it was sold. I canceled plans and brought my whole family down here. I have gone to several other pawn shops where items have been on hold and I asked to purchase it and was told no! Which is fine and I completely understand. I will take this to the top. The manager Ashley is clearly VERY VERY SHADY. Really sad. A few days before Christmas and they sold the only item that was going to be under the tree for me. Nice. And I’m a regular customer. Horrible horrible pawnshop. DO NOT go here.
Update… I was able to find the exact item elsewhere! Thank you bear mountain archery. And for cheaper! P.s. left a message with the phone number that Shady Ashley gave me which was supposedly the district manager. Never got a call back. Either Shady Ashley gave me a bogus number or the managerial apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

I went here about a week ago and had a great experience. I just went in to pawn/sell one item but it went as smooth as possible. Great team, really good chemistry and it just looked like they were having fun (in a good way) and enjoy what they do. They were very fair for what they offered to buy from me. This is my new go to for pawn shops.

There are rates which by law and legally this pawnshop does not abide by. loans interest rates should never be close to double, double or more of what you were loaned. Also standing in the store I was ignored while everyone else walking in was greeted and served. If I didn't speak up I would never been served, even though I was 1st in line. I feel as if it was a discrimination issue Due the fact I was 1st in line & not invisible. MANY ISSUES HERE! Believe the reviews peeps. I went against what reviews had to say & regretted it.

If I could give less than 0 I would like many others here.On Sunday last week I went to the store and put a layaway on a cell phone a Samsung Galaxy s22 with a price tag of $300 before taxes,the phone was in good condition and it work just fine,I put my sim car to check it and i was available to make calls so it seem to work so I put a $30 layaway. After I got home and try to make a call on my cell phone I couldn’t it say that my line had been disconnected so I contact AT&T also I must say the other phone was also AT&T so what they told me pretty much is that the phone I put my SIM card in had been reported as stolen and because it had Ben reported as stolen when I put my SIM card back to my phone it block my phone number or my services. The customer crevice told me that I would had been available to use the other phone for about an hour before it stop working so that’s why I was available to make phone calls. So I lost my phone number that I had for many years because it was totally block. I call the pawn shop to let them know what happened and they told me to come by,when I got to the pawnshop they call their regional manager name Chelsea who knows if that’s even tru or not but that’s what the guy told me. They told me I wouldn’t be available to get my $30 back because I didn’t put 33% down about $100. So not only I lost a sim car which they apologized like 100 times of course but I also lost $30 dollars that’s crazy!!!!! Dude is just $30 bucks it isn’t even my fault because of a restocking fee? What a reap off. So I just let them still $30 bucks from me so they won.

If give zero i would . Look I great experience 1st time Dawson . In fact I said hey how much pawn this he said 40 if get battery . I go back wait him India guy goes he leaving so said well verify what quoted he turns around bald face Lies I not quote that! I said up to that . I go get 20 batery put watch get 5.00 less be told as 25 year old customer Super Pawn calling your customer a lier is not Good! . I hope corpoate see this . So go here price quote means zero !!!!!. Go main street at least guy ETHICAL!! SO KEEP LOOKING TILL FIND ONE DO BUSINESS WITH LONG TERM !! 5.00 lots places would said ok we get more pawns . Then one guy goes quote only good for Day . Really that should been told That day it quoted bit flaky Dawson bet get writing deal that dude !! They try get sell when say pawn here too.I not do business with flaking guys . THIS REVIEW THEY DESERVED!

I’ve come here multiple times to pawn off items when I’m in need of quick gas or grocery money. The interest is a little high when getting your items back but I guess that’s the cost of borrowing money ?♀️ Regardless of the interest rate, the crew is amazing. From the store manager Jamie to the assistant managers Diego and Gabe, as well as Cassandra and Keymond, I love coming in because the crew is very easy to talk to. They are reasonable with their prices and they make it a point to know their customers on a first name basis. Thanks for making each visit a pleasure with your great customer service ? I’m positive I’ll be a lifelong customer at this specific SuperPawn location!
