The ladies were like the girls in Mean Girls, icy, side smirks, playing dumb they were on the phone, avoiding to help me when I'm trying to buy a shoddy clearance bike for 20. Wouldn't even attempt to help me come up with some solutions not that its their job, everything I brought to sell was nitpicked. Too new must be stolen where's the receipt, no sticker but it works no sale I had dealt with every employee once the females passed me around like not it not it! Degrading. Guy employee was ok

Usually, I'd have nothing but good things to say about this place. I bought a nice laptop from here a few days ago. Turns out it has issues I'd never had known about until getting it home. Both Pawn1st and Super pawn push warranties on purchases as a way to give the customer the ability to return an item if needed, just one more cash grab. I only had enough cash for the laptop, so that's all I bought. Typically, if you didn't, they only offer to purchase the item back at 50% purchase value. Today, that's what they did.
Here's the rub: they always have the option to not charge tax on an item at the point of sale; this time, they chose not to, and got attitude about it. Lost a sale over less than 5.00
The irony, the same company but different store, much nicer employees, picked up the same quality/type of laptop for almost 20 bucks more.
Suffice it to say, I won't be going back to that location, I would suggest you don't either. I would strongly recommend Pawn1st on Southern and Mill.

Nadine has been such a great help every time I go in. My husband and I just love the whole staff here! so now my kids are almost all grown up and after years of watching us shop, buy, sell, trade, and Pawn I guess 2 more new customers soon to shop here too. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Had layaways only there (never again) when i got them out 1 was a piece of equipment i asked if anyone would be able to help get it in the car. The sales person seemed super sweet and helped but then proceeded to ask with attitude whose truck was this (it was mine) and she acted as if i was breaking into someones truck (i had the keys and all). Great prices but the customer service everytime i went in after killed it for me i shop elsewhere now!

Don't take your items here to sell or pawn. They will definitely hustle. I had boughten and sold stuff here before. I had a brand new pair of airpods I brought. I needed money bad. Im helping my mom who has stage 3 cancer. They low balled me as low as they could. I asked for a quote over phone. They were only pawn shop near me that buys electronics. So I had no choice. I needed the gas and food. I brought in brand new airpods. Literally fresh out of pack never airpod pro 2 worth at least 120. I wanted 60 l-80. Would of settled on 50. Had to settle at 30 cause I'm literally E. They take advantage of your situation and treat you like you dont matter. Don't go here. They shouldn't be allowed to do business. Its like 1 of those horrible shops from movies.

Avoid This Pawn Shop for Electronics!
I needed a replacement laptop urgently and decided to check out this pawn shop. Big mistake.
- Customer service? Practically nonexistent. I had to ask for help just to make a purchase.
- Return policy? You have to pay extra for a short warranty just to return a faulty product.
- Laptop condition? Claimed to be factory reset—wasn’t. Staff Googled how to fix it.
- Specs? Advertised 12GB RAM, 1TB storage—turned out to be far less.
Instead of a reliable machine, I got false advertising, zero accountability, and wasted time. If I could give negative stars, I would. Take your business elsewhere!

Just go to the other Mesa location.
I went to two other super pawns, one location gave me double the offer that these jokers gave me.

Called to see if they buy jewelry. Drove across to town to get a price, found the jewelry’s website and it was listed at 1299. I know a pawn shop won’t give full price but I wasn’t expecting them to give me no price at all? Got some weird vibes when they went to talk all secretive whispering. I felt weird and didn’t trust it so I left, I heard one of the guys telling his other coworkers “yea a lot of people like to play games” before I was even out of the door. Unprofessional, no games just felt a lack of transparency and didn’t want to make an account at your location.

Basically they refuse everything. They offered 30 for 200 airpod pros. Refused a 150 speaker. Staff made me wait 15 minutes because they were too busy busting jokes and not working. I don't reccomended coming here at all.

I went here today and can’t recommend this location enough. Nadine was so helpful and kind. I went to another pawn shop and the customer service here was top tier. I will not do business anywhere else if I’m ever in a bind like this.

Not only was this a nice establishment with a wide selection of jewelry, but specifically Diana was super helpful and knowledgable. Would definitely consider coming back due to her service!

Absolutely ridiculous place to go if you’re selling things. Offered me $40 for a $500 camera. WOW. Don’t go here unless you want the lowest ball offers you couldn’t even think of.
