The worst customer experience ever nobody acknowledged me as I walked in. Nobody acknowledged me after 15 minutes of walking around and then another 10 minutes standing at the register. Nobody acknowledged me once must have a lot of theft because nobody watches anything that goes on there, including the guests that walk through the door

I buy products here all the time. Rob the GM is always kind and helpful. I've been going to the Scottsdale location for years and the people are very kind and fair. I really feel these employees go above and beyond

I cant believe its been 5 years since I gave this place 5 stars .while I love it - I wish I could give it MORE stars now - is there a 6 star or even 5 1/2? It's just BeTTer than before even. Love all the girls who've helped me ,they're all super nice . Place is clean ,prices are great .

I am home sick not cleared by doctor to leave yet. I was due to pick up a ring couple days ago. I was so worried I past date. I called spoke with George he gave me a month extension over the phone. I didn't even know that was possible. So glad I called. George was very friendly and helpful.

This is review is for the 740 E. Main St, Mesa Az, 85201. I went into the store requesting to sell merchandise, this is when I was greeted professionally, politely, and respectfully by the Assistant Manager, Palu. Paul was not only pleasant to work with but attentive and courteous along with two other employees being friendly and helpful. I just want to take the time to share my overall experience with this location and the employees, Paul, Ray, and Jamie who I thank very much for your time, patience and insight in assisting me and my needs. These guys are pieces of craps. Called and asked if they would take a certain item, they said yes. I love 30 mins away and this is the closest pawn shop that takes everything. I come in and they say they can’t take it. Why waste my time and give a false advertisement to me to come down and waste my time, my gas and money. Absolutely horrible, very unprofessional.

I bought an Apple Watch and was very excited to use it but it was still locked and I needed the previous owners iCloud and Password to unlock it. Why sell something to a customer when they can’t even use it. Very unprofessional.
