Sandra always does what I ask of her. We have had a good relationship as far back as 5 years. She tried a little change in my haircut and I love it! The only improvement I would suggest is an easier website to make appointments.

My experience here was absolutely horrible. I came in for highlights & right off the bat, Emily had an attitude. I really had to kill her with kindness. She did my highlights very quickly as if she was in a rush. Mind you, I asked for caramel highlights. When she was done, my hair was literally orange & different shades of blonde. It was so disappointing. I didn’t want to say anything at the time because I was in such a shock. I tried to speak with the manager on multiple occasions & I was never able to get ahold of her. I had to go get my hair redone since I was so embarrassed to walk out my house looking like this. I demand a refund & hope someone higher up can assist with this. Do not come here for color, Emily ruined my hair. I also asked her to do my full head & she did half. I left that salon with literal tears.

Cld and made appointment as not able to schedule online talk to Michelle her attitude was not pleasant she was rude. I was not happy how she spoke to me wasn't nice at all . So I called back to cancel she didn't ask why and hung up on me. She needs to learn Custer service or find a non customer facing job.

Sandra at Supercuts is a miracle worker with color and a razor!! She always makes my hair style come back to life and bouncy again! She is very nice and knows her stuff.Salon owners need to take more pride in the shopAnd give it a deep deep cleaning. Lots of stuff need cleaned- floors, seats, windows etc . Hire a cleaning company to clean on a regular basis,

Couldn't make an appointment online, so I called the shop to attempt to get an apot that way-whoever answered cut me off mid-sentence and told me they don't make next day appointments. I decided to call Fantastic Sams and they were nice to me and made an appointment for the next morning. If the person who answered the phone at Supercuts hadn't been so rude, I wouldn't be doing this review!!!!
