What a fun time cleaning my car! I live in PA most of the year and we do not have a car wash like Super Star! The wash is colorful and thorough. The vacuums, glass cleaner, and the cleaning cloths are so convenient and effective. This was my first wash, which was free (Thank You!), my mother went with me and she was hooked aswell. She bought the monthly plan! Swore she would never do it but once she went she had to join!Open locations in Pennsylvania!

In September of 2022, a nice salesman convinced me to sign up for one month of car washes for $19.95. Little did I know that they'd signed me up for a MONTHLY subscription and charged me for over a year, totaling over $300. The monthly price also went up to $29.95 with zero notification to me at all.Calling, emailing, does nothing and these scam artists ask you to provide proof of charge via bank statements. They don't respond when you provide what they ask and stall as long as possible to get more and more money from you.I can't believe these crooks stay in business in 2023 and are pulling this type of thing on people. I had to cancel my credit card which was a huge inconvenience just to stop them from stealing more of my money.I will never go back here and am going to picket with some supportive friends and family to let every single customer know what they are in for before being sweet talked into a "good deal."

In September of 2022, I was told that I was signing up for a one month membership in the amount of $19.95. Recently I looked at my credit card statement and I saw I was charged $29.95! Shame on me, but I must have overlooked these charges for quite some time. I went to Super Star and spoke to the manager and her response was, "Here's an email address you can send a complaint to". Since then I've received two emails saying the same thing. "We are looking into your complaint and will get back to you". I have finally had to cancel my credit card and Super Star car wash owes me a refund over $300.00. Do NOT get a membership here.

This place is horrible. Customer service is shitty coming from the manager. The workers have little knowledge of what they're doing. They did not raise the top brush causing damage to my car. The big scrubber/washer made contact with roof rack and ripped the rack off the vehicle causing damage to roof, hood and broke the windshield. We filed a claim and it came back denied saying this is aftermarket product. It doesn't matter if it's aftermarket or not. We had the roof rack on our car for over a year and drove it to Jackson's Car wash many times and never had a problem. Super star wash needs to better train their employee so future occurrences like this would not happen. The manager was also not very nice to us when we came to pick up our rack the next day. If I was a manger I would think to provide excellent service to my customers so they would return or refer the car wash place to their friends and family. But no he was a total jerk and gave us an attitude. I will be escalating this to corporate office and will never return to this shitty place ever again.

Very fast and friendly service by Keith. I went to get a car wash and stayed to clean the inside of my car and had plenty of towels and the vacuums worked great. I’m very happy with how my car looks :) Thank you to Keith and everyone else at this location for keeping it clean and for helping me be able to make my car look nice!!

Reyes was awesome and helped me get setup on an unlimited plan. He even helped me attach my license plate to my car since I still had the temporary on and the permanent plate in my car. Overall this place has great staff and is super friendly!

Not ideal. I guess I inadvertently paid SSCW to have my brand new car covered in scratches. I pointed out the spots to the attendant which he refused to acknowledge were there several times over until I took a picture (to rule out perspective and lighting bias) and showed the picture to him at which point he accused me of doing a bad job buffing the paint. It should be noted I was the first car through the wash in the morning, and I'm told (after the fact) by someone who ran a car wash they were always told they're supposed to power wash the brushes and run a test wash before any cars drive through the wash because it would otherwise always cause this issue on the first car every time (granted this is hearsay but important information to consider for prospective customers nonetheless).I've since spent hours taking out scratches with a clay bar kit and buffing out the scratches this car wash caused. Super Star Car Wash is appropriately named because they've earned this one star review, so bear in mind this is a one star service that could quickly go from being a cheap-enough convenience to a big and potentially costly inconvenience in the span of about 60 seconds. The employee statement is misleading as they state I got out of the car and went immediately to the manager. Reality is I began to dry off the car and noticed the contaminants on the glass and all over the paint at which point I went to the manager. (Release the FULL video and prove me wrong!)My statement as transcribed by the employee and their response below:Customer Statement: CAR WAS COVERED IN SCUFF MARKS FROM RESIDUE CONTANINANTS ON BRUSHES COVERED CAR SURFACES AND GLASS FROM FRONT TO BACK MOST EVIDENT ON ROOF AND HOOD IN EARLY LIGHTING AT TIME OF REPORT 2 LONNG SCUFFS IN DRIVER SIDE DOOR.BRAND NEW CAR METICULOUSLY CARED FOR. PHOTOS TAKEN FOR RECORD-BRUSH PATTERN EVIDENT IN PHOTOSClaim Approval: DeniedCompany Statement: RAN BACK CMERAS CUSTOMER GETS OUT OF CAR AND COMES STRIGHT TO GET MANAGER TO POINT OUT SCUFFS. The assistant manager, Rey did an outstanding job providing excellent customer service and staying engaged with his customers outside in the parking lot! Keep up the good work dude and let’s hope for that GM and DM spot! The cobblestone across the street is NOT worth it. You get a way better wash at this location for sure! Great facility and equipment to get your car clean. Be careful when signing up for membership. Ensure you see all of your personal information is inputted correctly. My rep put in a fake email address to expedite signing me up. Now I'm having to argue with them to get it canceled because I don't have an account. Yet, meanwhile they somehow know who I am because they keep charging me $24.95.
