I came into the Super Star Car Wash today because I had a liquid spill in my front passenger carpet and mat area. Yuliza helped me get in contact with Justin who helped answer all my questions about getting the carpet and mats cleaned. He also quoted how much the services would cost and getting me special attention have the carpet extra clean. Yuliza went above and beyond to help me have a wonderful experience here today and added in some perks for me. I really appreciate people who care about their jobs and helping people and Yuliza and Justin exemplify wonderful employees. Kudos to you both for exceptional service!

Justin signed me up for a wash program and discounted my first wash. I didn’t get the discount at the counter and didn’t realize it. Justin did, and called me 15 minutes later and gave me a couple of upgraded washes to make up for it. That’s service!

Multiple times I have asked Kevin to update my plate ( he knows me) and every time I go through quick pass it isn’t registering. Recently I brought my wife’s company car in for a detail and the job that was done was absolutely pathetic. Not even a wipe down of the dash. Pretty sad for $199.00. I may have to pass word and take business elsewhere. I spend a lot of money monthly here and customer service is lacking…please help!

They do a great job. Some good deals if you buy the prepaid wash cards. Nicer waiting area than Cobblestone.

Francisco the GM saved me today! I locked my keys in my car and he was able to unlock my car. He remained patient and assisted me with a smile. I’m definitely coming back to get my car serviced.

I’ve been coming to this gas station/car wash since I relocated to AZ back in December 2022 and I love it. Love the service provided to me always. I want to recognize the best associate ever (KEVIN), who is always so friendly and welcoming. I appreciate his kindness and I want to also say he is a great asset to your company.

I had a great experience today getting my car detailed by Justin and his team. The cost was $199 for an interior and exterior detail for my Toyota Camery. I honestly didn't recognize the car when they were done. It looks brand new. It took them about 2-3 hours to complete the job so I basically dropped it off there, walked over to check out the "Wellness Bar" close by and did a spa day while my car was getting detailed. 2 great businesses right there! Highly recommend this place for a great interior detail job.

I’ve had a membership at Superstar on higley for 4+ years now! Justin always makes it worth going there, I drive up and am greeted with a smile and amazing service!(: everything is always completed with perfection. You won’t ever see me go to another car wash besides this one.
