Today on 8/25 around 9am I pulled up to get my car wash had to wait for someone to come out because the machine was not responding to my plate number so as I was waiting another car pulled in the stall next to me having the same issue so the car wash attendant (unkept bearded male) came out and went to her car first so she advised him that he should take care of me first because I was before here mind you I was there at least 10 minutes or less before she came so the guy says to her and know I could hear him because my window was down “your car is the closest and I am here now” very rude and inconsiderate me and that customer was surprised in his comment. I told him a little kindness goes a long ways. I immediately cancelled my membership before I dried off my car at one of their drying station. I feel one lost customer is to many!

Decent drive-through car wash. Like everybody else they try to get you on a monthly plan, but they are less pushy about it. I got the second from the bottom car wash in terms of price here. It took off most of the grime and spots that were built up, though there was still some residual spotting on two of my windows.

This place is lucky to have a guy like Jordan working at it! You have a beautiful smile & presence & you made this moms day who just needed that little break more than you know! I didn't ask your name at first shocked by your kindness then asked the next attendant and when he said your name was Jordan I just smiled so big again! That's my name too!!!!! Thanks for making the world a brighter place my guy, we need more like you ❤️

This location has been a fav for a long while. Many years. However 2024 this place really shows it age. It's run down. I don't get my tire shine anymore and it's been like this all year long. Cameras don't read my plate right or at all. The towels have this nasty residue that streaks the glass. It's just a hot mess. It's time to update the wash and replace worn out machines. The last two visits have made me uncomfortable due to the lack of soap or wax. I'm used to this wash covering the vehicle in soap and wax. It's like shrinkflation. Very minimal. Sad to see this place go the way it is. Other sites of sscw appear more modern and maintained.

Don't ever pay cash. The carry no change, they'll tell you their manager can give you change if you come back another day, then they'll tell you they have no money on site ever when you do come back.
Then you try to call, and they won't let you leave a voice mail or tell you customer service voice mails won't be returned. They direct you to the website for customer service issues, which is ONLY for subscriptions.
I want my money back, not a voucher.

The best drive through car wash results I've ever experienced. I bought their premium subscription and I'm not sure if I'll ever go back to the basic subscription. Highly recommended.

Went there this a.m. for wash. Chose the 11 dollar wash, put in a twenty and didn't get my change. Went in to talk to the employee who told me they don't have change there. Said they give vouchers for next wash. So if you want to give 20 bucks for a 11 dollar wash, this is the place to go.

I really do enjoy Super Star Car Wash, I go several times per month. It has everything I need. The fast pass is the best.

I’ve been coming to this location for the past 3 years, and before is year would rate a 5 star. The cheapest wash used to be $7 and include a dash wipe and car air freshener. It is now $8 and does not include either of those things, which is why I’ve always chose this car wash over the others. Bring back the dash wipe and freshener ?
