Had a rather unfortunate experience with several staff members who were lying, as well as being greedy in a store allegedly dedicated to helping children in need. An item on reserve was being held exclusively for a staff member beyond the posted 24hr wait time for items on hold. When asked about the policy, staff members unfortunately decided to lie and say the staff member who had the item on hold was too busy to talk to us, which we soon later found out was a lie because he had not even come into the office today. We’ve spent a lot at this store over the past few years and were unfortunately left to deal with rather greedy and rude store staff that did nothing but lie to us and make excuses for their staff members who clearly have first dips on pricing and saving items for themselves. This store is not concerned with donations nor helping children, but rather allowing staff members to get their first pick of items.

I am very disappointed in the people who pick up donations. They cannot tell the difference between bugs and palm tree pollen. The young woman who answers the phone is rude to customers. I feel bad for the children who benefit from the donations because they just lost out on money earned from the lost donations. I will find other places to spend my money. See pictures.

I used to love coming here, it always felt like a treasure hunt. Now they have changed everything. Got rid of the Man cave. They also cater to a few bulk buyers and give them the good stuff. Also most of the good stuff that comes in usually doesn't make it out of the back if it does it is marked so high it isn'tworth buying. I have seen employees taking carts of the best stuff to buy at cheap prices. Sad what it has become.

A warm hearted community, literal miracle in the desert. Fabulous products for great prices. Some days they even have 50% off almost everything. Unique and quality items you won’t see at any other type of thrift stores. Christian based beauty. Best place I ever worked. 100 stars.

I scheduled a priority pick up donation, had to pay to request the day they would come. Was given a time frame of 8-4. Waited for the entire day and no one ever came. Called to find out why and no one could tell me. I was told to call back Monday to get a refund.
