We took our car in for an oil change because it was close and we had a coupon, and the service was amazing. They made us an appointment over the phone and were clear about their prices and said to bring any coupons we have with us. We went in on time for our appointment and unfortunately one of their guys was out sick and they were about an hour behind on oil changes, as they were booked tight. They were friendly, apologetic, and professional and gave us the option to wait or go home and they would call us. We decided to stay and wait in their lobby. It was small, but there were chairs, reading material, and a soda machine to help keep us comfortable. They completed the oil change in half the time they quoted us, they did a diagnostic check, and they brought the car around to the front. They honored our coupon, were true to their prices, and at NO POINT did they try to sell us anything we didn't need or try and push more expensive prices or add ons, and their prices were very reasonable, even without a coupon! They checked us out, were very friendly, and thanked us for our business. Very positive and pain free experience. Will definitely be going back from now on!

I've been going to this specific Sun Devil for over a decade. They have always taken care of me and my cars. They are friendly, helpful and treat you like a family friend in the best way. It's not just about the sale for them. I highly recommend this specific shop to anyone who needs anything from an oil change, or some belts, to fans, motor mounts ans a transmission!

I wanted to love these guys but after taking my vehicle to another mechanic these guys are UNKNOWLEDGEABLE! TO SAY THE LEAST! We took the vehicle in because it was over heating, they replaced several parts and said it was fixed. It wasn't. They then said our wire harness was the problem and they couldn't help us. We had them do the oil change and we took it to another mechanic to look at the harness. They said the car was in good condition otherwise. The next mechanic was able to fix the wire harness and the vehicle still over heated. All the parts to keep the engine cool where replaced so how can this be? The new mechanic found that they had put broken and used parts in my vehicle! Parts that they charged a NEW price for. On top of that the axel, sway bars where loose, and they where paid to check them! They also destroyed our oil pan and plugged it without telling us! I'm telling you STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

I took my car for oil change and requested them do the car inspection what needed to be repair but they said everything is good then I showed them my cv joints are badly leaking and you are saying everything is good bad place I don't recommend anyone to go there.
