CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! Bunch of overpriced Walmart, Target, and Kirkland returns. Prices are close to retail for damaged merchandise. Place is in disarray: unorganized, dirty, and messy.

Very helpful to the community at large. With rising costs in everything, it gives those with food insecurity a place to receive quality food. Also allows who could not otherwise afford furniture and small appliances a place to go to get quality items for their home.

I purchased several things and found a smart watch my niece liked. When we asked for the price, store employee stated it should not be out on the floor and is not for sale. The watch was still in the box so I’m not sure why it wasn’t for sale. This has happened in the past so I’m not sure why donated items are not being sold.

Doors wide open, started shopping. Had already begun shopping when woman across the store yelled that they were closed. It was not a kind notification either. Maybe you shouldn't have the doors open then? Then she said something about a guy named Jeff? I have no idea.Edit reply to owner: nice passive aggressive comments buddy, I'm sure that helps your business excellently. Also, the open light was still on and it was well after 5 (5:20), so how was I supposed to know? Meaner than rattlesnakes is definitely accurate.

Picked up a funko pop toy. 30 bucks. Put it down and walked out never again. What a joke. I'm a vet by the way. REPLY TO YOUR REPLY. You reply is condensing as heck. I've been a picker for 18 years. Full time job. I've picked LA, Denver, Charlotte NC, TX, New Mexico etc. This was way overpriced period. Gl to u. I pray you try to get more donations so then maybe you dint feel like you need to hoarde and overprice what you do have. How's that.

I would like to respond to the review that my daughter and I had written last Saturday of a not so pleasant experience we had at your thrift store, at the end of the review we promised to never shop there again. We have changed our mind and will definitely give the store our business again in the future. In less than 24 hours our review was read and addressed and things were made right, I would like to thank you for your prompt attention to this matter and also restoring faith in your store and humanity. God Bless!

Bought 2 patio chairs and 2 ottomans and had been moving all day with my 62 year old Mother, came 2 seconds before they closed and we had a sold/paid ticket right on it in the front window, and the two women were so unbelievably rude to my Mom and I and said we had to come back Monday, and we went on to explain that we both work full-time on Monday through Friday all the way in Fountain Hills so we wouldn't even make it in time to pick them up before they closed and they very again rudely said I don't know what to tell you but we are closed. I will NEVER be back to this store ever again. I work in customer service at another Thrift store and if you can't have compassion, kindness or great customer service, you probably shouldn't be working in customer service. So very disappointed.

So many things wrong with this store. Everything is way overpriced (they wanted $20 for a dirty waffle maker and $80 for a non-HD TV) and the store itself is kinda disorganized. I understand that customers come in and mess the shelves up, but the tables are just big jumbled messes. They also scratch out or tear off the barcodes on everything so you can’t scan it. That’s a total waste of time on their end, too. Literally zero benefit from scratching our barcodes.I have absolutely no idea how this place is in business.

It is honestly a really nice store. They have comfortable looking furniture on sale for a really reasonable price.I love that they have food boxes for people that need them.My fiance and I always come out with a deal on something good and it's honestly worth coming back to.?

Worst Thrift Store In Arizona!!!I visited this location today searching for some Nerf guns, because I teach children about weapons safety. I was testing one of the blasters to see if it worked, when a rude woman with gray hair yelled at me saying don't shoot the guns inside of the store.I explained to her I'm not going to be able to purchase the air blaster unless I can verify that it works by pulling the trigger mechanism. I asked her politely if I could step outside to test the Nerf gun to see if it worked, and she continued to be rude yelling at me stating "it should have been tied down and I shouldn't have been able to shoot it".So I asked her why isn't it tied down then? How was I supposed to know not to shoot the air blaster in the store, when there are no signs and it was not tied down? At this point, I gave her a piece of my mind before I dropped the blaster and left the store.I personally think she was being racist, immediately singling me out and finding a reason to be a KAREN, by creating a false and negative confrontation for absolutely nothing but testing a childs toy. Wow.Regardless of this experience, I still would NOT recommend this store. The prices of the items I looked at were outrageously overpriced.Reply to Owner:First of all, what does prayer have to do with providing terrible customer service and yelling at a customer for testing something before its purchased?Secondly, regardless if you provide food for the homeless or whatever, as a business or organization operating in commerce, you need to offer basic customer service training to your employees or volunteers, in addition to posting the proper signage for your store policies.Just because you have a " Team of all Colors", doesn't restrict your employees or volunteers from personally profiling and being racist towards another customer.Furthermore, nerf guns and air blasters are non-lethal and harmless because they fire foam projectiles at 60 FPS. Thats why they are made for children. Hello? Also, the air blaster I was testing was not loaded, it was pointed down in low ready away from any customers, volunteers or employees. There were also no signs posted. Every other thrift store I shop at allows me to test fire the blasters, so your policy is completely ridiculous.Lastly, instead of using religion and obsurd excuses for your volunteers or employees being extremely rude and confrontational, you should of apologized for how I was treated and create signs that state: "Please do not fire air blasters inside store".

Meaner than rattlesnakes and kind of greedy too. There's a few good deals, but mostly everything there is way overpriced like twice what you should pay for it. With all the thrift stores in the area... I'm pretty sure I won't be back.Response to the owner --- I expected decency, friendliness, and a store actually based on the idea of thrift... from a thrift store. I am an avid thrift store shopper, this ain't my first rodeo. You guys aren't even beating Goodwill, and that's sad. I stood waiting patiently at the front desk, not saying a word, and the rattlesnake of a lady yelled at me and said "I'll be with you in a minute!!" Then later I saw a jacket that I actually liked, with no tag on it, so I went to the front desk and asked how much it would be, and the other rattlesnake of a lady said it would be twice as much as similar jackets on the rack, made in the same country, out of the same material, and from the same company, and based on the fit... belonged to the exact same person.... Same quality in other words. She just saw that there was something I was interested in and decided to charge me twice as much. That's called avarice. If you're so concerned with God, you should be aware that the fourth circle of hell is reserved for avaricious souls --- according to Dante. The third person working... I did not speak to, but he walked back and forth muttering to himself as if he was in a very bad mood as well. I could go on and on, I truly could, they were not just rude to me. So instead of saying "I don't know what you expect from a thrift store." you should get your staff under control. And stop being so greedy.-- I talked to God, and he said "Yo what's up?" and he wants you to be friendlier to people, and stop being so greedy. Thanks

I was a little concerned about taking my elderly mother at first because the neighborhood and exterior looked super sketch, but ended up being one of the best thrift stores I've been to. Plenty of quality things (not like Goodwill) at reasonable prices. They even had an Alaskan Cutlery ulu knife and hardwood cutting board. I ended up with a Coleman campstove, literally used once, for half the cost in the major stores.
