I don't usually write reviews, but I had a strange experience here. A few days ago I was here, I was browsing the clothes racks, and an employee putting clothes away told me, "You know there's more clothes on that rack too, right?" I thought she was just trying to be helpful, so I acknowledged her and kept shopping.
A bit later, I was looking at shoes and decided to go back to the clothes. The same employee repeated the same thing multiple times OVER and OVER again, directing me to other racks even though I was clearly aware of. It felt like she was trying to push me out of the section for no reason. Being annoyed, I just left the store.
If there's a rule against shopping in the same section while an employee is restocking, I apologize. But otherwise, this experience was irritating. There's a fine line between being helpful and being overly persistent. After the first time, she should've just let me shop in peace.

If you pay for something and forget it, theyll sell it and not even bother notifying you. The attitude of some of the employees is unreal.

CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! Bunch of overpriced Walmart, Target, and Kirkland returns. Prices are close to retail for damaged merchandise. Place is in disarray: unorganized, dirty, and messy.

Very helpful to the community at large. With rising costs in everything, it gives those with food insecurity a place to receive quality food. Also allows who could not otherwise afford furniture and small appliances a place to go to get quality items for their home.

I purchased several things and found a smart watch my niece liked. When we asked for the price, store employee stated it should not be out on the floor and is not for sale. The watch was still in the box so I’m not sure why it wasn’t for sale. This has happened in the past so I’m not sure why donated items are not being sold.

Doors wide open, started shopping. Had already begun shopping when woman across the store yelled that they were closed. It was not a kind notification either. Maybe you shouldn't have the doors open then? Then she said something about a guy named Jeff? I have no idea.Edit reply to owner: nice passive aggressive comments buddy, I'm sure that helps your business excellently. Also, the open light was still on and it was well after 5 (5:20), so how was I supposed to know? Meaner than rattlesnakes is definitely accurate.

Worst Thrift Store In Arizona!!!
I visited this location today searching for some Nerf guns, because I teach children about weapons safety. I was testing one of the blasters to see if it worked, when a rude woman with gray hair yelled at me saying don't shoot the guns inside of the store.
I explained to her I'm not going to be able to purchase the air blaster unless I can verify that it works by pulling the trigger mechanism. I asked her politely if I could step outside to test the Nerf gun to see if it worked, and she continued to be rude yelling at me stating "it should have been tied down and I shouldn't have been able to shoot it".
So I asked her why isn't it tied down then? How was I supposed to know not to shoot the air blaster in the store, when there are no signs and it was not tied down? At this point, I gave her a piece of my mind before I dropped the blaster and left the store.
I personally think she was being racist, immediately singling me out and finding a reason to be a KAREN, by creating a false and negative confrontation for absolutely nothing but testing a childs toy. Wow.
Regardless of this experience, I still would NOT recommend this store. The prices of the items I looked at were outrageously overpriced.
Reply to Owner:
First of all, what does prayer have to do with providing terrible customer service and yelling at a customer for testing something before its purchased?
Secondly, regardless if you provide food for the homeless or whatever, as a business or organization operating in commerce, you need to offer basic customer service training to your employees or volunteers, in addition to posting the proper signage for your store policies.
Just because you have a " Team of all Colors", doesn't restrict your employees or volunteers from personally profiling and being racist towards another customer.
Furthermore, nerf guns and air blasters are non-lethal and harmless because they fire foam projectiles at 60 FPS. Thats why they are made for children. Hello? Also, the air blaster I was testing was not loaded, it was pointed down in low ready away from any customers, volunteers or employees. There were also no signs posted. Every other thrift store I shop at allows me to test fire the blasters, so your policy is completely ridiculous.
Lastly, instead of using religion and obsurd excuses for your volunteers or employees being extremely rude and confrontational, you should of apologized for how I was treated and create signs that state: "Please do not fire air blasters inside store".

Picked up a funko pop toy. 30 bucks. Put it down and walked out never again. What a joke. I'm a vet by the way. REPLY TO YOUR REPLY. You reply is condensing as heck. I've been a picker for 18 years. Full time job. I've picked LA, Denver, Charlotte NC, TX, New Mexico etc. This was way overpriced period. Gl to u. I pray you try to get more donations so then maybe you dint feel like you need to hoarde and overprice what you do have. How's that.
