Had a baaaaad rattle with my car.. and I went to Big O.. I had alignments done 3 times in 3 months… I had brand new tires as well and still had the same problem! So very thankful for bob and glen! They were very honest and generous.. affordable! Now my car is smooth as ever!!!! Highly recommend!!!!! You won’t be disappointed ??

Got my RAM 5500 Dually aligned and steering wheel straight when 2 other places utterly failed at it. Also, did the work for a very fair price, cheaper than both other places that didn't even get close to aligning my truck even though they said they did.

After I drop off my truck for a full day and come back to pick it up. They told me was no problem at all. I came to another place and they fix a problem. One of the guys was so rude then I can’t even speak to them because they’re one of the kind who believe he knows everything

I took my vehicle in today to get a tire repaired and a wheel alignmentI would recommend to anybody to use this business they are fair and they will not rip you off. They have been in business for many many years. Bob and Glenn are very personable.

Was referred by my personal mechanic who was out of town. I was a little apprehensive at first because I’m a female and I’m by myself so I thought for sure they are gonna try and rip me off. But they did the job and it was reasonably priced. I heard a rattling noise by my front tire they said a Mount bolt was loose. When I asked the price they said they weren’t sure so that’s when I was like ok well I need some idea. But I just said screw just fix it and they did it took them 30 mins and my car is no longer making the noise and it cheap.I would def go back

Came in without an appointment after being jerked around by Firestone and some other tire shop down the street. They repaired two punctures in my tire on the spot. Super nice and way better service than I received at other shops.
