Stardust Building Supplies is a nonprofit thrift shop and a great place for home remodeling and DIY projects. It is a great resource for donating and recycling building materials, helping to reduce items going to the landfill. The store offers salvaged and used building materials, second-hand home and office furnishings, and appliances at very reasonable prices. It is basically a thrift store for building supplies, where you can find everything from cabinet doors and ceramic tile to appliances and granite sink tops, often at a fraction of the cost of new items. Some things are beat up and some are in good shape, making it a treasure hunt. The staff is helpful and friendly. They have limited employees, so there is not really anyone to help you find things, and you must be careful and know exactly what you need. They also support an animal rescue and accept large donations like furniture and art.
If you have a home project on a shoestring budget, this is a must for you. From prehung doors, cabinets, flooring etc. If you need it, it's here somewhere, but take your time as you can get overwhelmed.

Stardust Building Supplies was easy to schedule the date to remove my cabinets, countertops, sink, faucet and disposal. The team was on time, completed demo in 2 hours, cleaned up any debris and made sure I was pleased with their work. They were professional and friendly. I would recommend Stardust.
