Buy my toilet paper in bulk here. Was 47.00 a case. Alot cheaper for me. Alot of items to choose from. Never crowded, staff helpful and friendly. Have plastic forks , spoons in bulk also. I get a box each for the year. Never had a bad experience here.

Everything a dilettante such as myself could ever need (or thinks he needs) for kitchen equipment, bulk spices and other ingredients. So much fun to just wander the aisles. Can't speak to the professional, but I've seen just about everything I've ever seen in a commercial kitchen in here too.Great prices and the people are super nice.

Pricing isn’t always clear or even available. Staff seems like they’d rather not be there, let alone help you. Literally got eyes rolled at me for asking how much something was that was being rung up.

This store has little to no air conditioning will not return. I cannot believe they expect employees to work in those conditions, almost as hot inside as out at 110 degrees. Management needs to do better for customers and staff.

There are so many things to choose from! The prices are reasonable. But it was so hot in there, I cut my shopping short. It's 110 degrees. Good AC is mandatory!

I bought a Falcon line prep fridge from Standard in October 2022. It was broken by June 2023. When I called Falcon to fix it, they sent out a tech, then rejected the tech's quote. It was a complete mess. I called standard multiple times to try to get help. Each time they said they would have a manager call me back. No one ever did. When I finally got the manager on the phone, she was very rude to me. I figured they would want to know about the experience their customer had with a product they sold. She did not want to know about it. I will never purchase another Falcon product in my life. I will never buy equipment from standard again. I like to shop local, but I guess I have to purchase equipment online instead. My experience with webstaurant and other online equipment sellers has been far better. What a bummer.

Huge store with just about anything you could ask for. But, what gives this place 5 stars are the employees. Everyone we have dealt with ahs been friendly, nice and helpful!

NOT FOR CAKE BAKERS!!!! I've been shopping here for over 10 years, and their cake supplies have dwindled down to almost NOTHING. I've been told they don't order supplies until they run out, well I don't think they order anything for bakers anymore. Today, I went in to buy a very simple item-a 7" cake pan-"Oh, we never have those"-well that's a big fat lie because I bought my other 7" square pan there!So-the other supplier here in Mesa-East Valley Cake Decorating-are worse because you never know when they're going to be open (church is more important than clients, apparently). A B C Cake Decorating on Indian School in Phoenix is still the BEST safest place to go to find what you need without the total BS-definitely worth the trip!!!
