Wait was a bit longer than I'd hoped, but I did not check in online, simply walked in, so I guess that's on me. Kam took me back and I explainined my health issues which makes it difficult for me to wash my hair. She immediately welcomed me and took it from there. She took such amazing care of me and I'd like to express my gratitude for her amazing attitude, professionalism and compassion. Thanks so much!

No waiting and friendly service. Nice that you can check yourself in. Didn't try to sell/push "product" on you. That's enough for 3 or 4 stars by itself. But then there was an older gentleman with a walker that was having trouble getting over the curb and they came running out to help. That was so nice.

Came in a few days ago and asked for a trim and for the stylist to review prior notes. Apparently the notes are a year old so Leslie ( who's also a manager, super scary and unsafe) ended up chopping off most of my sides and the entirety of my back. She was also extremely jittery and cut my neck causing actual bleeding. Hope she's licensed so I can pursue her liability insurance. Owner, are you aware that your manager is drunk, high or both?

It was my first time in Sport clips, so it was incredible. Additionally, there is a person who speaks Spanish it to help in explaining the details of the haircut.

Great staff that ask questions to ensure customer satisfaction. Great service that ensures comfortability including Sports on the TV, and options to add Hot Towels, Massages, and soft drinks

Service was amazing, but the stylist failed to meet the standards of a quality cut! Side burns were uneven by inches and I paid 10$ for a clean shave that left patches of long hair in multiple places... I'd still go back, but will definitely choose a different stylist.

I’ve been going here off and on for 2-years. Service has steadily gone down. Last week I went in for a beard/ neck trim and was double charged because it took “longer than expected”. I then handed the stylist my frequent cut card- which she wouldn’t punch because it wasn’t a haircut- seriously…. You’re going to double charge me then pull that? I’m done at this location. I’d recommend going someplace else.
