I ordered the Fashionista Blooms - Premium T155-1C Price: $99.95 Quantity: 1 Balloon mylar balloons $5.99 Delivery Fee $14.99 Taxes: $8.53 Order Total: $129.46 I placed an order for the arrangement mentioned above, along with a mylar balloon, on February 14th, 2024, for delivery on February 28th, 2024. Despite trying to confirm delivery early on the 28th by calling, I couldn't reach anyone and didn't receive a callback despite requesting one. I even followed up with an email at 9:12 AM that same day, but got no response. Throughout the day, I made several calls, still with no luck in getting through. Frustrated, I contacted the Better Business Bureau at 4:57 PM CST. Finally, the arrangement was delivered at 5:30 PM MT, but it wasn't up to par--it didn't resemble the picture, and Sophia's failed to include the mylar balloon I had paid for.

Horrible experience….. I called for a sympathy plant/bouquet, I said I wanted to spend no more than $75.00. I asked to have her send pictures before delivery. I called the next day @ 2:00 pm, she said she was working on it. She did send me a picture of it so I can see it. It was an 8” azalea plant. I said how much, she said 75.00. ? She had charged my credit card $96.00. Needless to say I canceled my order!!

I ordered an orchid to be delivered to an extended care facility on a Thursday to be delivered the following Tuesday I called the fLori at on Friday (the following day) to cancel the order. The woman who answered the telephone said, "no problem. we will refund your credit card and email the conformation,." That was the last time I heard from her. I have tried calling countless times. I get a recording that says "...the google customer you called is unavailable". I have emailed. i have contacted them through social media. No response. I have contacted my credit card company. Horrible.

I have been calling and emailing the business all day with no answer or response I ordered flowers for today and got an email stating they would be delivered tomorrow which is not what ordered the order was placed at 1 pm and the website let me order for today not tomorrow and then nobody answers msgs or phone calls never again

Sophia Floral Design was awesome. I have never received this level of service from A flower shop before. When you order from out of state, you never know what you're going to get. This order was very special to me, so I left a comment asking them to notify me if my choice was not available. They texted me after hours and We agreed on a small change. The next morning, I received 2 beautiful photos of the arrangement. My sister loved the arrangement. She said they smelled so good and really brightened her day. I let my whole family know of Sophia's, so they will be well taken care of at Sophia Floral Design whenever we need flowers in Mesa, AZ.

My husband has used Sophia’s for the last couple years for multiple occasions, the flowers are always beautiful. The delivery tho- never seamless lol! It’s not too bad, but it’s the same guy (very sweat man) and either can’t find it or is late after my work closes- but he’s brought it to my home instead which was 20 minutes from my work! But all in all they have been great and we will continue to use them. Flowers are gorgeous & seriously worth it!

Very disappointed, the Get Well arrangement was delivered Thursday afternoon and drooping and flopping over by Saturday. Would not recommend using them .

My order exceeded my expectations and beyond. I am out of state and wanted to order local. I called Sophia’s Floral Design from Google search. Michelle answered the phone and helped me all the way. She even text me pictures of the arrangement and let me know when it was delivered. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so very much for the beautiful arrangement and the absolute best customer service ever!

As soon as Michelle answered the phone, I knew I was in good hands. She listened to everything I ‘wanted’ and designed a beautiful arrangement. Within 2 hours the arrangement was out for delivery. I highly recommend Michelle and her shop for all your floral needs!

The only reason I am leaving 5 stars is because I can't rate any higher. This store is absolutely amazing and helped me in a pinch on valentines day (typical guy that waited last minute). The flowers they sent looked a lot better than they were in the pictures and all look healthy and vibrant. Highly highly highly recommend.

I am assuming the woman I worked with is Sophia herself but she was absolutely wonderful. She was able to create 3 different floral arrangements for my grandfathers funeral and she just made this difficult time for us a little bit easier. She went above and beyond to create beautiful arrangements and at a great price.

I received a large, beautiful basket from a friend! It was definitely one of the best baskets I’ve seen or received. Lots of fresh beautiful fruit, crackers, preserves, cookies, teas, chocolates, etc. Very nice! I highly recommend this place!

My parents ordered flowers for me for my birthday Sophia did an amazing job with arrangement. Absolutely GORGEOUS!!! 10/10 would recommend. Sophia provided delivery and exceptional service. The arrangement also included my favorite candy. Sophia went above and beyond to make this arrangement perfect.
