Ryan and his crew recently replaced and re-calibrated a cracked windshield in my 2017 Prius. The job was completed within the time frame quoted and looked like new when finished. Ryan coordinated all aspects of the claim with the insurance company and and was able to install an original Toyota windshield instead of an after market item.I would recommend Sonoran Auto Glass for any full service auto glass windshield replacement.Dr K F Greenough 20MAY2019

You can't trust every review you read. I am also an insurance agent here in the valley, and can confirm the person below does not know what he's talking about. There are a lot of rocks on the roads in Arizona, how can a company warranty the actual glass two weeks later? If the seal wasn't done properly that would have absolutely been redone, but it sounds like the guy was looking for a handout. Our company has used Sonoran Auto Glass for hundreds of clients. Ironically, the only company we now use is Sonoran because they are the only company we can trust.

I am an insurance agent for one of the nations largest insurance providers - I sent one of my clients to get her windshield replaced by this company- Less than 2 weeks after getting a new windshield a very large crack appeared in the windshield - my client called to have the onwer Ryan come out and take a look - he informed her this was new damage and not warrantied and that she would need a whole new piece of glass - I called the owner and explained the circumstances and was told " there isnt a company in the industry that would warranty that window" -- I informed him we in fact work a couple of valley companies that would replace that in the blink of an eye and that if he cant honor the work and product, we would not be referring anymore business to Sonoran Glass - his response??? " Ok, well, do what you have to do, thank you" -- so unprofessional to hear that from the owner of a company - needless to say, they will never get a referral from one of the nations largest insurance companies ever again.
