This company is very legit will not rip you off or anything it is very somewhat pricey but worth it, Ana is very respectful an nice to her customers, also will answer any questions that you have an will always update you when she is available for service to be open or closed, so ya I recommend smart start also my attorney recommended this one company too as well, so very real and affordable thank you Ana for being there to help me keep me posted on my dates to pay , always a pleasure, Kristine

I recently had the pleasure of using Smart Start Interlock in Mesa, and I can’t recommend them enough! From start to finish, their service was incredibly efficient and fast. The installation process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making everything easy to understand.
What truly impressed me was their commitment to customer service. They were always available to answer my questions and provide support whenever I needed it. If you’re in need of interlock services, Smart Start Mesa is definitely the way to go. You won’t regret choosing them for all your needs!

What to say about Smart Start. When you have done something wrong and you have a choice to pick from a company that provides and interlock devices this should be your first choice. I will be bluntly honest it is not cheap but for the service that provided to you it is definitely worth it. The time will fly by and they will help you along the way. The customer service is incredible you are always treated with respect (if it is given). There many companies out there that try to suck you in and keep you a customer by sending misleading facts to the courts and MVD this is not one of them as I heard from many of my friends. They are very upfront and not dishonest in any way. To sum it up they are there to help you out of a bad situation I put my trust in them. Thank you to the entire team at the Mesa Alma School location as you gals and guys are top notch

Ana is legit and super professional. I'd definitely recommend getting the interlock installed here, too. I had it done at a different location and it was a huge hassle, and they didn't even do it right the first time. She made it easy for my calibrations and the removal, too.

Anna is very good at making the process quick ans easy while making you feel comfortable. I was at a different company prior and it was a nightmare, since transferring to services with Smart Start in mesa, I have had zero problems. Anna is great about answering any questions you may have and I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone needing interlock services.

Ana is always friendly and helpful! She went the extra mile helping me with a corporate issue I could not get resolved on my own after waiting on hold for hours! I would highly recommend the smartstart location!

This is by far the best location! They were extremely helpful and hospitable! I will highly recommend them to everyone who has to use smart start!! I would drive 80 miles for every appointment just to use this location.

Anna is always extremely helpful! Her customer service is amazing and she has been a pleasure to work with for a situation that isn't so pleasant. I would drive all the way from north scottsdale because I preferred them over any other Smart Start location.
