Awesome and amazing experience! The guy was super helpful with my phone and they are very reasonably priced compared to other shops I called. Took my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra to get the screen repaired/replaced and the cost was $359 ($379 after taxes) where other places wanted $380-$399 before taxes. Plus the guy warrantied it for 1 year! Also very reasonably priced for iPhone repairs! Highly recommend!

I came in to get a quote for repairs on a damaged phone screen. Juan was very friendly and the atmosphere is nice and casual in there. I could tell that he knew his stuff and gave me a realistic breakdown of what to expect from the repair. When I came in I was still weighing my options (repair vs replacement). I decided to replace my phone after all, so I cannot comment on repair work, but after my brief experience there, I would trust this store to work on my phone in the future.

Had my phone repaired for water damage a year ago and a month later same thing happened but thankfully i dried it out in time but i just brought it straight to them. Turns out it worked perfectly! And they did not try to charge me anything . Good quality work and honest people!

These guys are super smart! They can fix almost all your cell phone problems! They also do micro soldering with a microscope! I had a Samsung s23, and they were able to find a Crack in the motherboard and so that let me know that the phone was trash.... unfortunately, I had already spent over 300 getting the screen replaced with a different repair shop. I should have just gone to Smart Repairs AZ in the first place! He would have saved me $300.00. I won't let that happen again! If you have a problem big or small don't waste your time and money on any other repair shops! Just go straight to Smart Repairs AZ. They will get you all taken care of! Thanks again guys!

I went to Verizon to have my phone transferred. The Wi-Fi was not working on my old phone because it had been dropped one too many times. It was not a good experience trying to do the transfer. I was in the store four times and still was not done correctly. Even though they charged me 40 bucks. Trying to get a refund however Not going well because nobody calls you back at Verizon. These guys are amazing completely helped me until every issue I had was resolved!!!!! So save yourself a lot of headache and call them today because they know their stuff much more than the Verizon “experts”!!!
