Went in looking to buy a cheap used outside rug/doormat.. waaay overpriced. Went ahead and just bought brand new for under $10
Was curious about other prices on items and was absolutely shook on how high they marked items considering they are free/donated. Criminal.

We have donated a lot of good stuff to good will in ? bags and purchased many ltems over the years. Now they have the balls to charge for their cheap little plastic bags like this is California. .we will no longer shop nor ever donate at good will ever again. ENJOY YOUR 10 CENT BAG

Store is always clean and workers do a lot picking up after customers! I wanted to thank the manager with black hair and glasses for holding a bunch of items for me until the next morning due to Apple Pay malfunction.

I don’t know what is going on with this Goodwill and their bathrooms. Frequently, there’s always a someone showering in the sink and as a bonus -
fecal matter all over the bathroom stalls. it would be nice if the staff were able to get their restrooms under control for their customers. Disgusting!

My recent visit to this thrift store exceeded my expectations, all thanks to Maddie, who was an outstanding cashier. After a disappointing experience here the first time. I said I would never come back. Especially after I received minimal assistance, I wasn't expecting much here. The first time I was checking out after buying a chair I fell in love with, which I had to clean myself by the way, the cashier should learn to do her job better. I don't know who she was some young girl with dark shoulder length hair who could care less about her customers. I had customer next to me offer to let me use one of her coupons and the cashier rang me up faster so she didn't have to use it. Rude. Then to top it off I had to load that big chair into my truck myself while they watched. Good times. Thanks for that experience kids. So I swore I would never come back here. I was disgusted, I was disappointed and I was tempted to just throw that chair back into the store and demand my money back. It's the type of chair that I had been looking all over for to go with my new couch so I bit my tongue. Needless to say I started shopping at a different location. Well, one day I needed something simple and since it was the closest one I decided to just run in and out really quick.
However, Maddie's warmth and helpfulness were a pleasant surprise. She greeted me with a smile, answered all my questions patiently, and went above and beyond to ensure I found what I needed. Maddie's exceptional service not only made my shopping experience enjoyable but also restored my confidence in this store, a little. It's rare to find such dedicated employees who genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Thank you, Maddie, for your kindness and attentive service! You are the ONLY reason I would shop at that store again. I hope your managers take note of this and teach the other ones to kick up their game.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. One of the cleanest goodwill’s I have ever been to. Kitty the cashier was extremely friendly and informative.

Good will such a ripe off , there are no fitting rooms to start off and then checking out I was told of a 6 day return policy. The cashier did not say full disclosure it’s actually partial store credit and no cash or credit refund. This does not help the consumer at all and wish I would have known before going home. It is so stupid , how can I not take clothes back if I don’t know if it fits. Goodwill stores just need to close down and stay out of business… I hope you lose more customers

If I could give no stars to the location on signal butte & Guadalupe I would!! Warning but if you purchase anything like furniture, take it with you same day because they double sold the desk I purchased and the manager just acted like it was no big deal and to top it off they tried to give me a store credit!!! No thanks because I won’t be shopping any Goodwill stores anymore!!!!

$200 for a system that is as old as it is is insane. None of what is included it's worth $200. I don't know what the donation attendant is smoking back there but it's got to be some good stuff LOL. Once again another Goodwill where they get their items for free and are gouging their customers you paid 0 for this act like it there's nothing good about what you're doing. You guys used to sell systems for $40 which still is a little high but nothing compared to what we've seen recently get it together stop donating to Goodwill.

I wanted to donate couches. Tried to get information on pick ups and Ruby was very rude. She hung up, too. I called back and the lady pretended that she didn't pick up the phone. All I have to say is this was an awful over telephone customer service especially during the holiday.Also: keep the telephone number service of your pick up station handy. I was told that I need to google it and call. What if I call around and don't get anywhere!?

Ridiculous pricing. They get all of their inventory free thanks to donations and then they sell $15 shirts and $60 shoes, yes, they are good brands sometimes but you used to be able to get a nice shirt at a nice price and others price things better, I would keep driving when you see this one.

Just stopped by and donated quite a few bags/items, and the donation attendant (young man, ginger hair) that we dealt with had a very poor attitude. He gave us a face like “ugh” when we said we had a few more bags to give him. Terrible customer service and didn’t even receive my donation tax form for all of that stuff.
