Wow, I won't be back here and I recommend you don't shop here either. If you want to get ripped off though, this is the place to go. This review should be no surprise to the rude and dishonest woman at the counter. $4.60 for less than 2 feet of bubble wrap. I watched her pull it off of the roll, she claimed she charged me for 4 ft, actually charged me for 5 ft, and said she gave it to me for half off. So to wrap a tiny phone in a tiny used box, in what she claimed was 4 ft of bubble wrap and half off, it should have been almost 10 bucks. The best part is she never told me the price or that she was going to charge me until she completely sealed up my package with tape over the pre-printed label. Trust me, go somewhere else.

Wish I could give a higher rating! Max has been so kind and gracious with me. His patience, helpfulness and honesty in everything he does is so rare now days and I genuinely appreciate that about him.

Max was incredibly helpful. He patiently guided me through the process of shipping my mother's ashes, ensuring I understood all the necessary steps. I felt confident and at ease knowing I had the information I needed. When I returned to mail important documents, Max again went above and beyond, carefully explaining my options so I could make an informed decision. I was delighted to receive a tracking email promptly, confirming my shipment was on its way. From now on, this will be my go-to location for all my mailing needs.

This store is so helpful. I couldn't get my label to print correctly and Jules had me screen shot it, send it to an iPhone and then still had to blow it up on the printer because it was too small to scan. The store is conveniently located and the customer service is amazing. So thankful that we were able to get this taken care of today.

The staff are friendly and cater toward your every need, they make sure you are getting the best deal on shipping and packaging for the price, and spare no expense in getting your mail to its destination safely. I had the best experience at Max shipping the other day. I came in to send a package FedEx and I wasn’t able to print label out at home. But Max printed a label out for me and helped me repackage my parcel. I had already been to two other FedEx drop offs that day and they weren’t able help me. I had the pleasure of meeting Max, the owner, this evening on a trip to this exceptional store! I was done driving to the fedex office on Power for my printing needs, and this shop was really close in comparison. I hoped they offered printing services and was pleased to learn from reviews that they did. I was quickly greeted by Max in a clean and bright store with easily accessible items. He respected my time but also made a personal connection with me and it was a pleasure to chat with him while he printed my return labels and showed me the store features. There are easily accessible self-serve stations for printing and shipping if there is a line and you're in a hurry. He also offers FREE TAPE! This is a big deal if you have shipped a lot. Most stores are super picky about tape and charging for it. It was a lovely visit and I had shipped all my items in 20 minutes. It was over and above what I was expecting and an immense improvement from the dimly lit and dirty FedEx office and UPS stores on S Power rd. I will be back! Thank you Max!

The owners of Max Mailboxes are the coolest couple. Today, I had to return an item to the east coast, and the original shipping box was bigger than the item being returned. The owner cut the box and made it a couple of inches shorter. Resizing the box saved me $23. That's going above and beyond. I'm a customer for life.
