“I worked with Bryan Evans to setup the shipment of a Honda CRV from my parents in Covington, Louisiana to Los Angeles. Picked up on September 7 and delivered on September 17. Pretty much everything happened when scheduled and no problems. I used DAS about 10 years ago and also had a pretty uneventful experience. I read the reviews this time around and most bad reviews seemed related to schedule. I didn't immediately need the vehicle so I didn't really stress out about its arrival date. Got an email when it was delivered to terminal in LA, went and picked it up. Pretty straightforward. Nowadays we all get tracking info now for every e-commerce package order from Amazon and other merchants. That's not what happens with an auto shipment but it would seem like providing that transparency would be a really nice service.”

“I've always had excellent service here, even when things are busy. Robert helped me yesterday, I had messed up where to take my Amazon returns, somehow I had "Whole Foods" to return pkgs. Robert patiently assisted me in changing on my phone to the UPS. The employees here have always been helpful and nice. I've never had a problem, I had "bookmarks" made and they did a really nice job. I'll continue to have this UPS Store be my go to store.”

“Make sure you already have your label taped onto your package! Otherwise they will suggest that you need to buy your own tape in the store. Once I explained to them that they were a craft store and surely they had tape at the register they were more accommodating. 4 stars for 12 inches of tape and being willing to bend the rules for me. “I have been going there for years, The owner is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about a lot of things. There are lots of interesting things to look at while you are waiting. Usually no more than 5 minutes when is busy. A lot quicker and easier than going to the post office.”

“I had one of the best experience going there this gentleman named Tyler. He worked behind the counter, very handsome young man very professional so long story short I wasn’t really feeling good due to the back of my back surgery that I will be getting very shortly. he was very, very, very attentive with me as well by helping me step-by-step by getting the copies and dually. And then as well, he was very attentive to the other customers too as well, and the other gentleman was very attentive to was really hard-working gentleman, but my eyes with Tyler is because the fact that it seemed like that he didn’t like getting his way is like he was just so focused and making sure that everything was done the correct way. my name is Bree Tucker and as I want to thank you so much, Tyler you’ve been amazing and you know what continue who you are never change.
