Only contractors? Bad business practice. At least make it visible to the public on phone maps and building signs that you are a specialty store. Save the public some time and unpleasant experiences.

I have a commercial account with Sherwin Williams and the guy working behind the counter refused to serve me because I had a small paint order and told me to go to the retail store even after I told him I had an account. There is also an obnoxious amount of trash outside of the store to go along with the customer service... read full comment
