I went into this location with my fiancé to get some stuff that needed to be shaken up and we were exceptionally surprised by the outstanding customer service we received. Jermaine was the person who helped us and he went above and beyond with not only us, but the customers before us. He was informational and very kind. He displayed the model example of how someone should be treated at a business. Thank you Jermaine and Sherman-Williams.

The only paint I buy is Sherwin Williams, and I end up hitting some store somewhere in the valley about 3 times a week. This one has an attendant that is just killing it. Germaine is polite, fast, knowledgeable, willing, competent. The one across from the Walmart on Baseline in Phoenix, a complete opposite story, so his attitude is really a pleasure.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sam 08-15-22. I am a 60 year-old first time home owner and this is my first time purchasing paint during my lifetime.I shared this with Sam and he was phenomenal in assisting me.I had so many questions surrounding how to match paint for the condo that I purchased and he educated me precisely on how to accomplish this task. He offered me several solutions and allowed me to make the best decision based on my needs and my price range.In ALL honesty, I felt as though I was getting this information from a lifelong best friend. Sam was so knowledgeable, honest, informative, and so easy to communicate with.There was another Sherwin-Williams team member in the store at the time and he was very cordial to me as well.This was absolutely the best customer service experience I have had in years.Thank you Sam!

When I visited the store, the selection of paints was very limited and the one guy working was not very helpful at all. The store had very strange layout and I wasn't allowed to walk around freely.

Sherwin-Williams is one of the best paints out there and this store has a full selection. Interior exterior of different qualities some with primer already mixed in. They will custom mix almost any color you want.

Zero stars would be more accurate. Ordered 1 gallon of paint online for pick up on Saturday. their website says most orders filled in 2 hours or less, but was not filled till Monday morning. They apparently just decided to close for the weekend, SW corporate customer support was surprised when I called them to figure out what was going on. Even a outgoing messege on their phone would have helped to alert customers they were closed, instead their phone just rang and rang. Worst service ever, couldn't even talk to the manager as i was told he wasn't coming into work either this morn. What a joke, use another location or company.
