I was trying to buy a can of dip and some lotto. Cashier was able to unlock the dip container but, couldn't figure out the lottery machine so I stepped one foot over the counter to help and maybe one testicle reached over too. LORD HAVE MERCY, the employee said 'get back before I chop off both your balls with a machete!' I was like Holy s**** I'm getting the hell out of here... I don't think this was justified maybe one ball but not both!

Gas stations are getting dirty and dirtier all the time seems like they would be getting cleaner after the whole covid thing but no nobody really cleans very well in gas stations. Another thing is I've seen to be extremely rude to homeless people who are just trying to sit down get a drink and take a rest. But everybody just wants to move along move along move along You can only go so far so long on foot in the heat in the cold people need to have a little more compassion If somebody's sitting outside on the sidewalk there's probably a reason for it I wish people would offer to help other than snub their noses that people

Nice place overall! They were out of Co2 at the end of the day, however they still were stocked on other delicious snacks and drinks.

The dirtiest Shell station I’ve ever been to (no exaggeration here) ... I will definitely avoid returning to this location!!!! Every time I return to Circle K I’m increasingly disappointed.

This has to be the worst Circle K I have been to. Early morning, yet there was no napkins available. Everything was a MESS. The biggest thing... the regular Dr. Pepper was diet Dr. Pepper. When I inquired about it, they said that they ran out of regular Dr. Pepper so diet was put on there. I don't know if people don't understand this, but some of us get migraines from diet sodas and foods. Our bodies can't handle the artificial sweeteners. If you are out of regular then put a sign on there that says out of order. We really don't like getting migraines and it isn't very nice to just assume that will be okay and no one will notice.

This location is the worst I've ever seen. Not only is it very crowded and hard to park but usually their air machine doesn't work. Also, their customer service with their employees is almost non-existent. I just walked in there now and did not get one hello or thank you when I purchased my product. I said to the Cashier "y'all don't even say hello?" (Since he was talking to the guy next to him who was another cashier) . He had the balls to say "I just woke up my bad"....still didn't say hello still didn't say thank you. No clue about customer service. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE

I always have to shove my debit card in again and again until it finally decides to take it, sometimes I have to do more than one transaction because it times out. My shell fuel rewards never work, I put in my number and it recognizes me and my rewards but doesn't actually take the price off.

Great service. Accepts credit/debit/cash at the pump. Was in and out fast, no issues with slow pumping gas.

Employee Jay is the most rudest/ threatening person I have encountered in a very long time. I could not believe the way he was talking to a kid (16-17yrs?) concerned about his credit card getting charge a lot of money. He told the kid, "I'm about to lose my job" to me that sounded like a threat, I should have called the cops. I felt sorry for the older man who was his co-worker. Just horrible. That poor boy!

Pumps are insanely slow and frequently don't work.
