I been going to this company for many years and always had a great experience, with friendly ,helpful people! I went to this location to find the manager very rude ,unfriendly! She needs aba therapy for behavior ! I took my buisness to ultra and spent my 1000$ there !

I’ve generally found this location to be below average. The displays are often unclean, with visible makeup residue and dust. Even with many employees present, guidance on selecting the most suitable products isn’t always offered. I’ve also been denied a foundation sample in the past, which was disappointing. Unfortunate since this location is in such a lovely plaza.

My girl is addicted so I have to love Sephora.
Kevin was amazingly helpful for a dude like me with ZERO understanding of the makeup words my girl uses.
Edit: Make sure y'all give Kevin some props. He was extremely professional and used the suggestions my girl gave me to help put together a HUGE order that I shipped to her - and she was over the moon happy with all the items Kevin helped me pick. He was so helpful and truly made MY experience great and fun, when normally it's absolutely horrifying. (IDK what the hell most of these things are! LOL )

It’s the second time I come to the Dana park store and none of the employees acknowledge me they are so busy talking to each other. The products are full of dust I definitely won’t come back.

Sephora at Village Square on Val Vista Dr. consistently has poor customer service. Every single time I go into this location the workers are always “grouped up” talking to each other while customers are NOT engaged at all. It’s as if they don’t understand the PURPOSE of the store or their jobs. Please do better Sephora!

I just want to say Melissa is AMAZING. I’ve been having trouble with my makeup settling and she suggested two things: change my moisturizer type & use a setting spray. The past week my makeup has been perfect & I’m so so happy. She was just such a pleasant person to be around and incredibly knowledgeable. Literally fixed an issue I’d been having for months in a few seconds. Your team is very lucky to have her 🫶🏻

I have never had a bad experience when walking into a Sephora, Until today at Dana Park. I needed some makeup for the summer. I was given Melissa to help. I'm surprised with all the good reviews about her, that she wasn't as good as they say.First I would like to add she was helping me for 25min. She wasn't the friendliest at first and I thought I would give her a chance. She stated that it's better if you come in with a blank face meaning no make up in order for her to color match. I just got off work and how many people actually come in with no makeup. We tried a few different concealers and then went in to full face and she went to look up what I had purchased before. I mentioned it would not matter because what I had before was for the winter and I would need a completely different shade for summer. She then stated well I can't really help you, you have make up on, it's like checkmate. The best part was when she said I have already spent a lot of time with you. Last I checked isn't her job to help the customer find what works for them so the customer leaves happy. I stated to her that I have never had an issue walking into Sephora and getting help before. She just stared at me for a long while and I said thank you for your help, and asked her name. Then she stated she was a makeup artist. If that is the case with Melissa then she needs to have a better attitude and better customer service and care about helping someone find what they need. Worst experience ever. She should find a different career, if she is so unhappy with doing her job!!!! I will definitely mention to my friends to not get help from her when they go to this location.

Purchased a product that a staff member tested on me...it irritated my eyes to the point I couldn't drive home from the store.
The Mesa store did not accept returns of the unopened product because there not a licensed Sephora store, they are a satellite. High-pressure sales but low customer service for returns. I went to Mac And got a high-quality product with excellent customer service where they offer returns at all stores!

Clean store, great location & helpful staff. HOWEVER, I am very disappointed in this last purchase. I have been looking forward to the new Moroccanoil Eau de parfum. Bought the 2 piece gift box with the regular bottle and a small “travel” refillable bottle.
Got home, opened the box and went to put the travel bottle in my medicine cabinet. The lid slipped right of and it shattered on my counter before I had a chance to even spray it once! That glass is so thin and delicate I’m shocked and I’m just so glad that I didn’t put it in my purse because it most definitely would’ve been shattered in my purse and ruined God knows what. Given the fact of Moroccanoil is such a great brand, their product quality has always been amazing and of course they NEVER go on sale, I’m extremely disappointed at the shotty quality of the small bottle.
It smells amazing and the large bottle is great, but don’t bother with the gift pack.

Melissa helped me get a few things and she is amazing. She really took her time with me and explained things to me which I truly needed. Every time I came to this location I have always felt awkward and never bought anything but she really made me feel so comfortable I highly recommend her!! Thanks Melissa

I had a negative experience at the Sephora store today. The employee with dark hair provided poor customer service and made me feel unwelcome. Despite my polite request for assistance with Prada perfume while wearing my nurse scrubs, she seemed disinterested and initially appeared unaware of the product's location. When I located the perfume myself, she seemed unresponsive and hesitant to accommodate my request for the largest bottle. Additionally, she refused to allow me to hold the perfume while continuing to shop, a practice I had not encountered before. Due to her unhelpful demeanor, I sought assistance from another employee with blonde hair, who was courteous and respectful throughout the transaction. However, I was deeply disappointed by the initial employee's behavior, which I found to be unprofessional.
During my recent visits to several Sephora locations, I observed that they were all crowded with staff members actively engaging with customers. However, my experience at this particular Sephora was notably different. The store appeared empty, lacking the lively ambiance present in other locations. I did not receive any greetings or assistance, which contributed to a rather disheartening atmosphere.
UPDATE: I visited the store on September 27th around 11:45 AM while on my lunch break from work and purchased the 3.0 bottle of Prada.
