The 2 people I met at this State Farm office may have been young BUT THEY ARE THE MOST COURTEOUS,KIND AND HELPFUL CAR INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH SINCE MOVING TO ARIZONA!!Their rates are higher then I planned to pay but will go down as they see my driving record is impeccable.

Rosalie is amazing! She’s informative and friendly. She gave me a great quote for life insurance in just minutes. The entire office is great! Always a positive attitude from the staff, they’re very helpful. My rates are low compared to other quotes! I started with Scott’s office them in 2011 and I’m glad we found them!

I've been with State Farm for a while now. I was looking for a new agent and Scott Frindell was nearby so I contacted him. He made the transition go smoothly. I didn't have to follow up as I have done in the past. He also goes above and beyond. For instance, I filed a claim for my kitchen floor. He looked over the pictures and gave me his opinion. I asked him if he would share his opinion with the claim manager and he agreed to do that. That's not his job, but he cared enough to do that. You could tell he wanted to do whatever he could to help. People like Scott are rare. So I have found my forever agent. Thank you Scott for not only being a great agent, but a good person. I appreciate you.
