Lack of communication is my pet peeve!!! None of that here. From making an appointment to showing me problem areas, they kept me informed. They got me in on time for my oil change and I’d asked them to look my car over to see if there were any problems. Couldn’t ask for a better experience or professionalism. Found my new permanent place to take my cars

Uh-huh, got a generic ahh response. Spoke to some dumb dude named Rick who wouldn't answer my question. Then got all up in his little feelings when I asked again.

Went today. 8-27-24. 2 pm appt. Got off work early and arrived at 12:45. Asked if I could get my truck in earlier. Said they were waiting on their 1 o'clock appointment. No problem. Mind you this appt. Was made over a week in advance. 1o'clock appt. Showed up 5 min. Early. Her car was in @ 1:20. Out by 2. At 2:45 my truck was still sitting in the parking lot. Not a word was said to me, about maybe they're running a little behind. Very disrespectful to a returning customer. Not going back!!!!

Excellent repair shop. I had a very unique repair issue with my AC system. They were clear with me, communicated, kept me up to date, and well within pricing expectation. And best of all!! Under promised and over delivered. Outstanding professional repair shop. They earned a new customer for sure.

Schorie is a great place to take your vehicle. Customer service is outstanding. The work is clearly explained, fairly priced and delivered when you are told. I also use Schorie for regular maintenance such as oil changes. Good people and highly recommend!

Great job fixing motor mounts, though they were way overpriced, even taking into account labor. Were those mounts made of gold or platinum?
