That sounds really frustrating, especially after having a positive experience during the purchase. It’s unfortunate when a company has such rigid policies, especially when it comes to damaged goods that should be replaced without causing the customer additional hassle. The back-and-forth with scheduling and waiting can really ruin what should have been an exciting and smooth process.
Unfortunately I have to go through this twice, second couch has the same issues.

I went shopping there with my mom, and the service was lovely, they know how to make good conversation while also helping you find the piece of furniture fit for you. The sales associates were sweet and almost bubbly which is a nice accommodation.

They wouldn't at least greet me when I walked through the door.
I walked around the whole store without any form of greeting or if they could assist me.
They wouldn't look at me while I was walking out either.
I 100% Guarantee it's because of how I was dressed.
I would bet money on it.
I would get fantastic customer service If I were to come into this same exact store dressed in my suite.

I have been waiting for a replacement part for over 5 months. I’ve paid the delivery fee and every time I call, they can’t seem to figure out where the chair piece is…not in their system1. I have put in multiple emails and calls to their customer service department which has been ZERO help.

Terrible, terrible, terrible service. We were the only ones in the store and were never acknowledged, we were seen coming into the store and the ‘sales’ people barely looked at us and kept on with their conversation. We looked at the entire store, as we were looking for some leather recliners and we’re excited they were open, but no one offered to help or welcomed us in. Disgusting service. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was hoping to see more mid century furniture. Palm springs has more. The prices are pretty high. The broken furniture area prices are way too high for unrepairable furniture.

We arrived at this store around 2:30pm on this date 02/20/24 and two employees where present at the main desk area. One gentleman tore his self away from his cell phone to answer our question...we would like to see your dining rooms sets. He then informed us that our desire was not in a separate area moreover all over the store. He then pointed this way and that way telling us what classification the furniture style was. He offered ZERO assistance and we walked through the store. Several tables we liked said "Ask an Associate..." We would love to ask but he was at the front of the store on his cell. Frustrated we left. Note the female was seated and NEVER acknowledged us! Also, note we were the ONLY customers in the store. Placed an order with their competitor who offered exceptional customer service and design advice.
