If you want people who are knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help, go to a different location. The people working here are rude, unfriendly and can not answer the most basic of questions. Please save time and go to any other salon centric location, where the people working are much easier to work with.

Always a friendly and knowledgeable staff! None of them are pushy but always willing to answer question about products and their programs. They are no longer providing free plastic bags, so make sure you take your own, which is more sustainable anyway so a good idea everywhere :D
